The Tuesdays at 10pm timeslot has been a big ratings problem for ABC for quite awhile. Show after show has been cancelled. Will their new Forever series change that trend? Will it be renewed for a second season? Stay tuned.
On the Forever TV show, New York City’s star medical examiner is Doctor Henry Morgan (Ioan Gruffudd). He can ascertain things that most can not because of his vast experience — he’s been alive for 200 years but can’t figure out how or why. The rest of the cast includes Alana de la Garza, Lorraine Toussaint, Donnie Keshawarz, Joel David Moore, and Judd Hirsch.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This is one of the best show written and acted. You have got to be kidding me that it is cancelled. Anyone with any intelligence know this is a classic. I have gone out of my way to watch it on Tuesday. Tuesdays are my Trivia night at Mello Mushroom so I have recorded it each time. And I usually have to get ready for bed around 10:00. This is your problem, not the show. Get a grip ABC! I also loved Reserection. Also why do you show the episodes weeks apart and to consecutively? This is bad.

A show with a different premise, good acting and family entertainment and they chose to cancel it! Why? You put it on a night with excellent programming and expect it to do great. Why not just put it on a different night. I don’t understand all the 18-49 year rating concern. This group is probably out more than home and less leisure time for TV.
Don’t cancel this show. Move it to another night and or time. It is a great show. If the
18 to 49er don’t like it so what . The older people with more $$$ who watch the commercials do.
Forever is better then any of the other crime tv shows, it needs to continue, ratings will skyrocket eventually, it just needs to be publicised better. Australias showing it on one of our best Rv channels.
Forever was one of the best shows to come on in a long time. I get so tired of getting interested in a show then it gets cancelled… u really hope another network picks it up!! Please!
Finally a good hearted show that’s not based on sex, and it gets cancelled. They need to reconsider

Once again American TV kills one of the best shows on TV with Nielsen nonsense. The Nielsen system is nothing but archaic, ridiculous TV voodoo cooked up by some stupid TV execs to excuse their moronic mistakes. How else could a show this good get cancelled and garbage like “The Bachelor” limp on and on and on??? Hollywood wouldn’t know a well-scripted show if it walked-up and bit them on their silicone infused fannies. Idiots.

I can’t believe FOREVER wasn’t renewed. Between cable and satellite, there’s so many options out there and FOREVER was one of the only guides leading me to network television. There’s still time to redeem yourself ABC. I implore you to give this show another chance..
