Yvonne Strahovski is headed to Hulu. Deadline reports the actress has been cast in the streaming platform’s upcoming series, The Handmaid’s Tale.

Based on the Margaret Atwood novel, the drama is set in a future dystopia where women are kept as property. The cast includes Elisabeth Moss, Joseph Fiennes, Madeline Brewer, and Samira Wiley.

Strahovski will play “Serena Joy, wife of Commander Waterford (Fiennes) and the head of the household staff. As an influential public figure, she fought for traditional values and the establishment of Gilead.”

The Handmaid’s Tale is set to premiere in 2017.
