Harrow is back in action. Deadline reports the Australian network ABC has renewed the TV series for a second season.
The crime drama stars Ioan Gruffudd as “Dr. Daniel Harrow (Gruffudd), who is no ordinary forensic pathologist. Brilliant. Unorthodox. And a murderer? Harrow’s total disregard for authority and his unfailing empathy for the dead help him solve even the most bizarre of cases.”
Season two of Harrow will begin production in September. ABC has not yet announced a premiere date. There’s no word on when or if American audiences will get to see this series. Gruffudd is a familiar face to viewers in the United States having starred in the Forever TV show on our ABC (American Broadcasting Company).

Excellent,well written,well performed show…detailed, etc…of course, being as good to great show..it will be taken away..How dare we the viewers to truly entertained with great scripts and good actors.. Ioan is realistic to his characters…(smile)

Enjoyed it tremendously and am thrilled to read that a second season is planned. I hope soon. The stories are well told and the drama is very good and suspenseful without being overdone.
Thank goodness “Harrow” has been renewed for a second season after the first season cliffhanger! “Harrow” is an amazing show that is character driven and relies on acting ability and story quality instead of gimmicks.

Looking forward to the last episode this week and a renewal, although I would have preferred the announcement to have come after the airing so that we would be wondering about what would happen to Harrow.
