Last season saw a big decline in the demo ratings for Hawaii Five-0. CBS renewed the series for a fifth season and reportedly ordered 25 episodes. Is this a sign that they plan to end the series or could it be renewed for a sixth season if the ratings are strong enough? We’ll have to wait and see.
A reimagining of the original Hawaii Five-0 TV show, this police procedural series revolves around an elite state police task force that fights crime in the 50th state. The series stars Alex O’Loughlin, Scott Caan, Daniel Dae Kim, Grace Park, Masi Oka, and Chi McBride.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available — usually the next day, around 11:30am EST/8:30am PST. Refresh to see the latest.

Due to a Nielsen glitch, some of the early ratings of the 2014-15 season were revised a few weeks later.
For comparisons: The fourth season of Hawaii Five-0 averaged a 1.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 9.71 million total viewers.
Note: Note: These are the Live + Same Day Ratings which include “live” viewing plus delayed DVR viewing, up until 3am local time that same night. Ratings marked with an “*” are the fast affiliate ratings and will be updated with the Live+SD numbers when they are made available. Typically, networks get paid for C+3 ratings which includes DVR viewing within three days of the original airing when commercials are watched. Those numbers are rarely released to the press.

What century? Not to shove it down people’s throats, but it doesn’t hurt to remind those who are unaware that not everyone in the world is being looked after or treated equally. Surely those who have more money than they know what to do with could do something worthwhile with it, such as putting it back into industries or communities who just… Read more »
A fan
For a series filmed in Hawaii where I suspect Asians are the majority, dropping the two Asians from the Five-O team didn’t make sense.

I love this show. The scenery and all the characters r great.
I love this show, I think it should be renewed. There is all kinds of expansion for the show.
Please leave this on….CBS keeps getting rid of good shows and adding those stupid sitcoms. It is hard to compete on Friday nights for lots of shows but if I miss I watch on demand. Leave things alone….
I LOVE this show. All their actor do a terrific job. The writing is excellent. It would be a great disappointment if this show is not renewed for next year Will always be your number one fan.
