The Hooten & The Lady TV show has been cancelled after one season on The CW in the US and Sky 1 in UK. The Wrap reports CW president Mark Pedowitz said, “We are pleased with the total viewing audience. We wish the 18-49 ratings were better.” Pedowitz also told reporters, “We were informed by the British yesterday that they were not planning to go forward with a season two.” The show is a Sky series, so it seems its fate is sealed.
A British action-adventure series, Hooten & The Lady follows American treasure hunter Ulysses Hooten (Michael Landes) and his British counterpart, Lady Alexandra Lindo-Parker (Ophelia Lovibond). The CW cast also includes Jessica Hynes, Shaun Parkes, Jane Seymour, Jonathan Bailey, and Joanna Scanlan.

Just heard that Hooten and the lady has been cancelled xtremeky disappointed. It wa fun, had witty dialogue between the two main characters and beautiful locations. Please reconsider or let someone else make this please.
This show was so much fun. The chemistry was great and the locations beautiful. It’s the adventure series that I would love to continue to watch.
What a shame. Brilliant series. Finally we get a bit of true escapism & you go and cancel it. Can’t you give the series to Netflix or amazon to continue it
So disappointed that this has been dropped, we loved it. As already said, it was good clean fun, and entertaining. Please bring it back.
Once again I’m totally disappointed in the Television process that decides to cancel shows. Hooten and the Lady was fun, interesting, creative and dynamic filled with adventure and hilarious bantering between characters. Reminds me of Indiana Jones with Harrison Ford. PLEASE reconsider and bring thisp show back. We NEED more shows like this and less of the shows that contain murder and hatred.

I loved watching this show! Funny, entertaining, curious, and clean. I am so disappointed that this show is being cancelled.
why can’t we have a clean show like this one, it was fun and reminded me of shows that just entertained. magnum pi, fantasy island, love boat, rockford files…

An actual adult show that was also fun & entertaining. Naturally it had to be axed. The focus groups/target demographic only watch crap so we all have to watch crap. Bring back Hooten & the Lady!
So sad that they aren’t bringing back this show!! It’s a great show! A lighthearted comedy and that’s something people need these days with everything going on right now with the world.
I also loved this show! I didn’t even know about it until Episode 8 I missed the first two episodes and still enjoyed it. It needs another chance only this time on the Fall schedule ya know so I can record it along with all the other CW shows I love to watch and love to fast forward through the commercials.

I wish you would reconsider and renew this for another season. Every time you get a decent family show on, it gets cancelled. There are some of us that do not want to listen to the trash tv that s out there on most channels
This was a really good show really loved all the Archilogical stuff wish you guys would keep it rolling such an entertaining and fun show. What a shame.
