What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the ABC television network, Kevin (Probably) Saves the World stars Jason Ritter, JoAnna Garcia Swisher, Kimberly Hébert Gregory, Chloe East, J. August Richards, Dustin Ybarra, and India de Beaufort. The fantasy TV series centers on Kevin Finn. While he is not the world’s worst person, Kevin is self-involved and materialistic. While wallowing in his own misery, Kevin experiences a sequence of unbelievable events, then meets Yvette (Gregory), his heavenly guide. She informs him that he is the last of the 36 righteous born into his generation. Without the 36, everyone on Earth will begin to lose the only thing keeping them going — hope. Now, it is up to Kevin to “power up” his soul by committing selfless acts of kindness, so he can locate and anoint the next 36 and (probably) save the world.

Telly’s Take
Kevin (Probably) Saves the World launched with disappointing ratings and they haven’t gotten any better. Though the network has ordered three more episodes, I think the numbers are too low for the series to be renewed for a second season. Clearly, ABC still has a Tuesdays at 10pm problem. I love this show!!!
Kevin is one of the few really good shows. It is funny. It one of the rare shows with a positive message. The characters are quirky and fun. We were disappointed that season 1 was only 16 episodes.
I really hope they keep Kevin probably saves the world because it’s nice having something different, and kid friendly! He’s funny like his dad John and I just think it’s overall a great family show.
Kevin Saves the World is an absolutely wonderful show. I love the way he interacts with his family and others in the face of maintaining secrecy in his mission, along with the fantasy style trips to all parts of the world. I love following the plot twists and think it outlandish that ABC has not done its part in marketing this show to develop a larger audience.

I love Kevin and Jason! Maybe if they played it every week it could get more viewers but not having it on for two weeks then having it on one week, then off again for two weeks really sucked!
Yes, I agree!! It seems all that’s on tv now a days, are reality shows and they All suck!? Well, according to me, but come on American idol came back and with Katie perry . I could name quite a few more (reality) shows that stink too, but I don’t want to waste your time or mine, but enough is enough!!!! SAVE K(P)STW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love, love, love this show and its positive message. There are so many shows out there that are depressing and disturbing. This is a one of a kind, feel-good show that needs to stick around!

The whole family loves this show! Brilliantly written and cast. But what did ABC expect? The put it in the Tuesday Night Death slot. ABC needs to give it a fair shot with a better night. If they cancel it instead maybe one of the cable networks or Netflix will pick it up. They’re not afraid of stretching beyond the CSI and reality show pigeon holes which is why we rarely watch the networks anymore. Everything is the same ‘ol same’ ol, just with different faces. I love this show! I look forward to seeing Kevin every Tuesday evening! He’s so sweet and honest! It’s such a contrast with his twin sister, who lost the original compassion she had at the beginning when he was so fragile!
