Last Man Standing finished its sixth season in March, but it’s still unclear if the ABC TV series will return for a seventh. What do you think? Should the show be cancelled or renewed? Would you watch another season?
The sitcom centers on Mike Baxter (Tim Allen), a marketing director for a sporting goods store who tries to maintain his masculinity while living with his wife and three daughters. The cast also includes Nancy Travis, Amanda Fuller, Molly Ephraim, Kaitlyn Dever, Christoph Sanders, Hector Elizondo, Flynn Morrison, Jordan Masterson, and Jonathan Adams.
It wouldn’t be surprising if ABC did renew Last Man Standing. According to Deadline, the series is performing well in syndication and ratings have been consistent for the past two seasons. The most recent, season six, averaged a 1.15 rating in the 18-49 demo and 6.407 million viewers, making it ABC’s third most-watched show for the 2016-2017 season.

I LOVE LAST MAN STANDING! Please bring it back! Was there ever a Kristin wedding? I either missed it, and cannot find it, or they just skipped it. Isn’t Eve supposed to go or been going to th USAF Academy? Seems like the writers lose their place alot! Where has Bud been? Will Mike Rowe come back as “Jimmy”, Mike’s (Tim Allen) kid brother? Mandy and Kyle need to find a place. Perhaps Mandy’s designs get bought out, they become rich, and buy a home in the same neighborhood, just in time for a baby! I would absolutely keep watching Last Man Standing – one of the best sitcoms on TV. Always funny – the characters are all endearing and very well acted. Please renew.
Definitely would watch. Love the show. It’s one of the best shows on TV. We love the characters and the acting is superb. We love how they address social issues with great humor. RENEW IT!!
This is one of my favorite new shows, it’s a clean mostly conservative Commedy, that’s not afraid to mention Christ in a good way and not afraid to quote the Bible. I really hope it lasts more seasons than the Big Bang Theory. My other favorite current show is fresh off the boat.
Will watch this show over and over …..love it. I especially love their fun teasing Canadian jokes…. While I love all the characters, it would be good if Kristen shed the pounds….But never stop loving Mandy’s character.
