Limitless is cancelled on CBS. The drama series is not included in the CBS 2016-2016 Primetime Lineup. At the CBS Upfronts, though, boss Les Moonves said they were shopping the series around. Per a Variety report, CBS Entertainment chief Glenn Geller said, “Right now we’re in discussions with other potential buyers.”
The Limitless TV series cast includes: Jake McDorman, Jennifer Carpenter, Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio, Hill Harper, and Colin Salmon. According to the report, contrary to recent speculation, Moonves said streaming the second season of Limitless on the CBS All-Access subscription service is not an option.
What do you think? Are you a fan of the Limitless TV show? What channel or streaming service do you think would be a good fit for the sci-fi comedy drama?
Love this show! Can’t believe they would cancel it.
Keep limitless that was dumb to cancel
Netflix should pick it up! Keep all the same people, but bring it back! CBS is dumb to get rid of it, but hopefully someone will keep it going. We’ve been hooked from the very beginning!
I thoroughly enjoy this show. I believe it is a great show and shows a great perspective on how beneficial it is to think about everything. A great lesson to teach society in a day and age such as this generation of “do whatever mindless activities you want without thinking”. I will try to figure a way to get it back on air possibly..
I really enjoyed the series. It’s refreshing and funny. Just enough crime mystery and irreverence to keep my attention.sm
I was hoping that there would be another season:(
The show is truly a delight. The characters, especially Brian, are so enjoyable and Brian is hysterical. This is a show that deserves a new venue and renewal.
Please find a new home I am in my 60’s and really enjoyed it!!!
I’m currently bingeing on the first season and it’s so great! I had no idea! Sucks that it was cancelled. Great humor, great characters, plot surprises and I never get tired of watching.
This is sad! I loved this show and so did my 11 and 17 year old kids. The humor was great and the characters were excellent. we never missed it and we hope it gets picked up by someone else if CBS has given up.
I love this show and am truly ticked that there may not be a season two!! It’s rare to find a happy go lucky character who is so willing to put himself out there for others. I watched the entire season in one weekend on Netflix and couldn’t stop. In a time of Superheroes it was great to see the average man with the hidden heart of gold become one through intelligence. Any network would be crazy not to pick this up. Definitely your loss CBS. I love Brian Finch and his agents! This Grandma wants him back!
I hope NETFLIX picks this up and lets not forget “FOREVER”
I love this show and I think it sucks that you are taking it off the air just like CSI Cyber. Two of my favorite show I may start to have to watch different stations, I do have 900 channels and Netflix.
Limitless would do well on any network, Netflix would be a great choice, the CW, SyFy channel and etc.. CBS seems to cut what i would consider better series, they cut another of my favorite shows, Forever. Some of the tv shows being cut would do better and become more popular if given more than one season. Why watch new shows and get vested only to see cancelled after season one, many show don’t get popular till second season. They also cancelled another of my favorite shows Person of Interest, guess best drama on tv award didn’t help.
I hope Netflix picks up Limitless. It’s one of the best shows on tv. My whole family loves it. Defitnitly a mistake cancelling it.
This shows peaks the curiosity of our abilities, as well as, stimulates its’ viewers to recognize a world outside that which we might be “taught” to ahear to. It had a great cast, great acting, great writing, and great directing. If this show cancels it’s sad; for us a a people. Not thinking too fictional, but doesn’t it strike the curiosity why this show, which insentivises humans to “think beyond their current stagnant capacity,” is “not on the number’s boards” for a second? Humans in a routine world of a mundane boring existence, “need” to see and open their thinking… Read more »
