Lucifer fans may be in luck. According to Deadline, Netflix is considering a possible sixth season for the TV show.
The comedy-drama series centers on Lucifer Morningstar (Tom Ellis) who abandoned his throne, retired to Los Angeles, opened up a nightclub, and started helping LAPD Detective Chloe Decker (Lauren German) crack cases. The cast also includes DB Woodside, Lesley-Ann Brandt, Kevin Alejandro, Rachael Harris, Aimee Garcia, and Scarlett Estevez.
Last year, Netflix announced Lucifer would return for a fifth and final season in 2020. However, it now seems season five may not be the end after all. According to Deadline, the streaming service is in talks with Lucifer EPs Ildy Modrovich and Joe Henderson for a sixth season. Nothing official has been announced yet, but Deadline says sources are “optimistic” for another season.

I would love to see more Lucifer!! A 6th season would be a “God-send”!! This show has one of the very best ensemble casts!! Thank you Netflix for taking Lucifer on and hopefully expanding to a 6th season!!
Speaking on behalf of all of us here in Hell, we would love to see my TV alter ego return for a 6th season. I realize this is a bit of a stretch, but a Season 6 with 66 episodes would be perfectly unholy.

UGH! I love Lucifer (the series) but I rather have a strong story with a well written ending than something that bleeds out because is turned into crap/ mindless repetition/ grandchildren/ long lost twins/ the usual blah.
Why would Netflix kill a cash cow? Yes the stars cost more in season 6 cause the show can now go into syndication, but When so much of the new crud on Netflix has horrible writing and bad acting, why kill the golden goose? ESP one with a good following!

Definitivamente SIIIIIIIII, Aimee García, Trixie, LAUREN & TOM (such a beautiful chemistry on the screen), the writers are so creative, I am a Christian and love it . Of course you know it’s a BIG LIE, it’s a fantasy, it’s a comedy. The devil having therapy …. ja ja ja… GOD’s ex wife… ja ja ja…The end of Season 4 was great! Could have been the show’s big finale. Since Lucifer & hell were added (and edited) on later in the bible (that was never part of the orginal collection of biblical stories) by the concillies, who cares anyway?! Believe in God, not in the altered and manipulated manual some powerhungry churchpeople gave you 🙂 Be the best you can.

I absolutely Love this Show I was so upset when Fox Network cancelled it & then I heard that y’all (Netflix) were picking it up it made me so HAPPY !! Absolutely yes, I would love to have a Season Six…and as many more seasons as the writers can come up with! There is certainly, currently, in the real world, plenty of subject matter to think about, involving the struggle of good versus evil ( and the definitions thereof). I love shows that make people think!
