Will a new network and night be a paradise for Thomas, Higgins, and the Magnum PI TV show? As we all know, Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like Magnum PI is cancelled or renewed for season six (an early report indicated NBC had picked up the series for fifth and sixth seasons of 10 episodes each but we now know that it was really for a fifth season of 20 episodes instead). Unfortunately, most of us do not live in Nielsen households. Because many viewers feel frustrated when their viewing habits and opinions aren’t considered, we invite you to rate all of the fifth season episodes of Magnum PI here. *Status Update Below.
An NBC action-adventure drama series, the Magnum PI TV show stars Jay Hernandez, Perdita Weeks, Zachary Knighton, Stephen Hill, Amy Hill, and Tim Kang. This reboot of the 1980s TV show follows Thomas Magnum (Hernandez), a decorated former Navy SEAL who repurposes his military skills to become a private investigator. He lives in a guest cottage on Robin’s Nest, the luxurious estate where he works as a security consultant to supplement his P.I. business. The “majordomo” of the property is Juliet Higgins (Weeks), a beautiful and commanding disavowed MI:6 agent who keeps Magnum in line. When Magnum needs back-up on a job, he turns to his trusted buddies and fellow POW survivors, chopper pilot Theodore “TC” Calvin (Hill) and Orville “Rick” Wright (Knighton), a former Marine door-gunner who now runs a nightclub. Magnum frequently has run-ins with police detective Gordon Katsumoto (Kang) and the two are more alike than either cares to admit. The unofficial “House Mom” and cultural curator of Robin’s Nest, Teuila “Kumu” Tuileta (Hill) is also one of Magnum’s biggest fans.

Keep it! This is the best show on TV! With nine Million Sixty Six Thousand veiwers why cancel it! CBS will fall to 4th or 5th place if they loose this show!
Magnum is one of the best shows on TV. The cast is great and mesh very well together. This show should not be cancelled. Is there another network that would take over the show. With so many stupid comedy shows kept on TV and this show is cancelled it makes no sense.

I watched the first episode of the new season and it was great. The story line was great lots of action the writers did a great job with the story line of saving the 14 year old girl. You can’t cancel Magnum PI so many people watch it and love all the characters in the story, and the writers always do such a great job putting it together. Please renew Magnum P.I. this is an iconic reboot show it has action romance all the things a show need to keep you looking it’s exciting how all the actors get together and play their part when there are good shows the network wants to cancel them that’s not fair to the fans we going through enough with the strike keep us interested in television renew Magnum P.I.
PLEASE renew Magnum PI for season 6 & beyond. It’s one of the best shows on tv! The storylines & chemistry between the actors is top notch. Sick of seeing so many reality & game shows without substance. #SaveMagnumPI

Please keep Magnum PI on it’s a great show Remember the mystery series you had in the 70s . McCloud, Quincy,Columbo, etc.Why not instead of cancelling the show run it as a 90 minute to 2 hr mystery series look back at the series you plan to cancel and give them a final try along with Magnum PI see if it works you may save
Magnum PI is at the top of the chart! Who in their right mind would cancel a hit show? And they keep some other obvious duds running? Magnum is a top show that a whole lot of people love!
Please keep Magnum on. It is one of the best shows I watch
