CBS cancelled three sitcoms after the 2016-2017 television season, so the Tiffany Network could really do with some more laughs. Will its new Me, Myself & I TV show crash or soar? Cancelled or renewed for season two? Stay tuned.
A single-camera comedy, Me, Myself & I stars Bobby Moynihan, Jack Dylan Grazer, Brian Unger, Jaleel White, Kelen Coleman, Christopher Paul Richards, Mandell Maughan, Skylar Gray, Reylynn Caster, Sharon Lawrence, and John Larroquette. The CBS sitcom focuses on the defining moments in the life of Alex Riley. In 1991, Alex (Grazer) is a 14-year-old transplant from Chicago to L.A. In 1991, at age 40, his wife has left him, and Alex (Moynihan) wants to maintain his relationship with his daughter. By 2042, in the wake of a mild heart attack, 65-year-old Alex (Larroquette) is ready to retire and start anew.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly in the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available — typically around 11:30am EST/8:30am PST. Refresh to see the latest.
7/22 update: You can see the latest night’s ratings in context.
Note: If you’re not seeing the updated chart, please try reloading the page or view it here.
Note: These are the Live + Same Day Ratings which include “live” viewing plus delayed DVR viewing, up until 3am local time that same night. Ratings marked with an “*” are the fast affiliate ratings and will be updated with the Live+SD numbers when they are made available. Typically, networks get paid for C+3 ratings which includes DVR viewing within three days of the original airing when commercials are watched. Those numbers are rarely released to the press.
What do you think? Do you like the Me, Myself & I TV series? Should it be cancelled or renewed for second season on CBS?
11/1/17 update: CBS has pulled this low-rated sitcom after six episodes, essentially cancelling. Details here.
Very good show. Have recorded them and rewatching them. the writing and stories are so clever. Please someone pick it up!
I am really disappointed in CBS for canceling this show. It was one of the few “feel good” shows on tv.
I am so disappointed that cbs would cancel such a family friendly show. Very few shows today show love in family settings this was a cleaver show but was never given chance in good time slot. Don’t think will watch cbs anymore.
