What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the NBC television network, Midnight, Texas stars François Arnaud, Dylan Bruce, Parisa Fitz-Henley, Arielle Kebbel, Jason Lewis, Peter Mensah, Sarah Ramos, and Yul Vázquez. Based on the book series of the same name, from True Blood author Charlaine Harris, the supernatural drama plays out in the remote Texas town of Midnight, where nothing is what it seems. There, only outsiders belong, while normality is just plain weird. It is the best haven for people who need to hide from the world at large. The townies come together to form a sort of chosen family. Together they fend off external pressures from nosy police officers, vicious biker gangs, and their own dark pasts.

Telly’s Take
Midnight, Texas was originally supposed to premiere in the mid-season, but in the end, the Peacock network held it for summer. What’s more — they only ordered ten episodes. While none of that adds up to anything definitive, it could indicate that they have less faith in the series. The ratings have not been very good so I suspect that the show will be cancelled. I do not watch much on tv but I really liked this show. Never missed an episode. P.S. my husband was not at all happy when they cancelled Grimm. We watched every episode of that too.
Great show- lots of energy and fun and intrigue- Hope it comes back.

Would be pretty angry if they cancel it. The show is pretty amazing. I loved it. And i got alot of friends and family hooked on the 1st season. So please don’t cancel it. Renew it for a 2nd season already.

We really enjoy watching this show and cannot believe it might be canceled, when there are other shows that can get axed. We need season 2. Please bring it back.

I never heard of the show before & I seen the show when I was looking for another show on on Demand & I’m in love with the show & it’s one on my favorite show by far & I really hope that they Renewed for Season two.

Me and my daughter love midnight Texas, we think it’s awesome hate to see it not be renewed. Give it a chance. We have to record it so we can watch it we still have all of them recorded and still watch them. It’s a great show. So renew it.
