Created in part by Chuck Lorre, this sitcom’s story follows an obese couple living in Chicago who meet at an Overeaters Anonymous meeting. She’s comfortable with the way she is, but he’d like to lose a little.
Officer Mike Biggs (Billy Gardell) has a good heart and really wants to shed the extra pounds. His thin partner, Officer Carl McMillan (Reno Wilson), seems to be the opposite. He’s always teasing Mike but underneath it all, Carl’s encouraging to him. They frequent a diner with a Senegalese waiter, Samuel (Nyambi Nyambi), who has no concept about dieting at all.
Molly Flynn (Melissa McCarthy) is a fourth-grade teacher who’d like to be comfortable with her curvy body. Her sister Victoria (Katy Mixon) and mother Joyce (Swoosie Kurtz) both have it so much easier. They have great figures that they don’t seem to have to work for and pay no mind about eating right in front of her.
Mike speaks up at an Overeaters Anonymous meeting and meets Molly after his speech. Neither came there looking for love, but they’re also not going to turn it down if they can find it. Mike and Molly are willing to try it and see if they can make it work.
Episode #127 — I See Love

What do you think? Do you like the Mike & Molly TV show? Do you think it should have been cancelled or renewed for a seventh season?
No!!! don’t cancel mike and molly. It is a great tv show. Hilarious
Noooooo. I am so disappointed and confused about CBS pulling Mike and Molly. It has been one of my favourites and I have to hope that the network powers that be realize what a mistake they have made and change their minds.
No, No, No. Please don’t cancel Mike & Molly. It is was of the funniest & decent comedy shows on CBS. This is one show that my husband & I look forward to every week.
No, no, no. Please don’t cancel this great sitcom.
I cannot believe Mike and Molly has been cancelled. Such an amazing cast and writing. I’m soooo sad.
No ,I don’t think it should have been canceled,it was one of the funniest shows on,I looked forward to seeing it,what’s wrong with CBS? Why would you have canceled one of your best shows? I am truly disappointed.i will miss Mike and Molly.
No No No it should not be canceled! I’m so upset about it! One of the funniest sitcoms on television!
I love the show so much I got my busband into it. We have watched the reruns 2-3times and laugh every time. Please don’t cancel this funny entertaining show. It’s a good laugh away from all the killing cop shows. Love the perfect cast.
I like Mike and Molly. I always looked forward to the return each season. We have way too many reality shows. There are times that all of the network channels have reality shows on at the same time. Mike and Molly is refreshing and funny. I would rather see survivor or the bachelor cancelled. The story line is always the same….Someone plotting against someone else or girls crying because they weren’t picked. Boohoo. Wah.
Not that the viewers thoughts count. But I think any time they have a show that can be seen by the entire family without being having to be on edge that the children might see or hear something you don’t want them to. Or has murder and profanity in it that cancel. There isn’t much left on TV that is worth watching.
Love love love this show why are all the good shows gone
Mike and Molly is a wonderful intelligent sitcom. I am very disappointed that it has been cancelled. At this point I’d rather read than watch another reality show!
I’m a big fan of Mike and Molly. If I’m depressed and their on it bring joy to watch them. You can leave shows on like Two Broke Girls and all the reality programs, take off something good.I love Mike’s mom and the cast is amazing actors. Please don’t take them off.
Do Not, I repeat DO NOT cancel Mike and Molly. This is one of the funniest shows on TV. I even watch the old shows.
I am shocked to learn that this show has been cancelled. It is always good, and I even watch the old ones. Pleas don’t cancel this show!
