New York [March 12, 2019] In the new HGTV series Mom & Me, mother/son duo Karrie and Tristan Trowbridge specialize in reimagining outdated properties to create functional, stylish homes that maximize the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. The series premieres on Saturday, April 6, with back-to-back episodes at 11 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. ET/PT. Inspired by the majestic mountains and lush forests surrounding Bend, Oregon, designer Karrie and her 22-year-old son and design assistant, Tristan, customize comfortable and inviting living spaces for families using unique materials, including locally sourced reclaimed wood, hand painted tiles, steel shelving and concrete countertops.
The combination of Karrie’s experience and Tristan’s fresh perspective delivers beautiful results for their clients but, as can be expected with any mother and son, the two don’t always agree. Through collaboration and compromise – and mom having the final say – the duo works through their differences to complete beautifully renovated homes.
“I’ve been designing and renovating homes for almost two decades, and now my son Tristan has joined me,” said Karrie. “I love working with him. Together, we create great homes for families to love.”
The premiere episode features foster parents who task Karrie and Tristan with updating and improving the layout of their rural home. To create practical yet beautiful spaces, the mother and son build a family-friendly modern kitchen, update the 1970s-era bathroom and add ample bedrooms for the kids.

What do you think? Are you a fan of home renovation shows? Will you check out Mom & Me?
I just watched Mom and Me. Structural necessities not taken in consideration. A fireplace wall would need concrete support under the floor also. They were worried about ceiling falling in. Maybe supports while taking out walls would have helped.
VERY much enjoyed the show, love seeing a Mother and Son team
Please keep the show( we enjoy it & look forward to watching it over & over!
We love the show (Mom & Me) look forward to seeing more! We have watched the episodes 3-4 times each! Mom & Me ate great together, the best ever!

I just love this show.
Would love this show to continue. The other home shows are getting a little old. Same designs over and over, just different homes
please continue this show I love it
Great show! Wonderful work. Cute and funny. Very knowledgeable. Wish I could fix my house. Please pick up this series.
Looking forward to more episodes & seasons. Also like the family dynamic when HGTV casts its shows. Mom & Me also shows a Great Modern design sense that is warm & simplistic compared to some other overly designed shows. It’s something that can truly be lived in by families. Keep the episodes coming!!!
Saw show first time loves it
I liked the few minutes I got to see! So I would love to know when it’s on and I cannot find it by search or in on demand or in the menu is it still on..?….? Liked what I saw!,,,
Mom & Me is not going to last. I didn’t like the style of their decor. The women is nice to listen to but the boy was just terrible. Over acted and kind of annoying to watch. I realize he’s young but he’s not a natural at this at all. It just doesn’t come close to some of the other decorating shows.
Mom and Me How could we have missed this show before. Connection with cast and design ideas great. Unique concept , good designs . Want to see more
I just saw this show for the first time. I really enjoyed it! I hope to see more.
