The rest of the world is getting ridiculous. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the MTV series Ridiculousness will be adapted for five international markets.
The series, which launched in 2011, features host Rob Drydek and other panelists commenting on funny viral videos.
Now, a version of the series is being made for Spain, France, Italy, Africa, and the Netherlands/Belgium. The move is part of MTV’s plan to expand content within a global and local context.
The international versions of Ridiculousness will features guests and stars from the country in which the show airs. They are expected to start airing in Europe this spring.
