Salvation will end its first, and possibly last season, next week, and details for the finale have been released. The series has not yet been renewed for a second season, and ratings for the series have been low at .52 in the demo numbers and an average of 3.564 million viewers.
CBS revealed the full details about the Salvation finale, titled “The Plot Against America,” in a press release. Check that out below.
“Harris, Grace and Darius must topple the illegitimate government, and Darius makes final plans for the ark, on the season finale of SALVATION, Wednesday, Sept. 20 at a special time (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

My husband and I really enjoy watching this show together. The actors are excellent and the plot keeps our interest. I would really hope that it comes back for another season. It’s rare that we find a show we both like!
I really like the series, it can do some small screenplays, but it’s very interesting and has great actors. I hope CBS of an opportunity and renew for the second season
My husband and I have enjoyed Salvation. We hope you bring it back for season two, hopefully, with more episodes. Don’t get us hooked on a show and then cancel it there are so many shows that have been canceled that was really good. lmcm

Story line makes me want a Season 2. The finale “left me hanging” like the “Designated Survivor ” series. Increased viewers will occur if shown not during the summer.
Unless the show is going to be renewed, that was a terrible finale. Too many open ends.
