In its first season, Scandal drew mediocre ratings and was nearly cancelled. ABC likely brought it back because they need new dramas and are hoping that the ratings would improve in season two. Will they be glad that they took the risk? Time will tell.
The second season of Scandal typically airs Thursday nights at 10pm on the ABC network. The cast includes Kerry Washington, Bellamy Young, Columbus Short, Darby Stanchfield, Guillermo Diaz, Jeff Perry, Joshua Malina, Katie Lowes, and Tony Goldwyn.

I love Scandal. It’s different and Kerry Washington is awesome. What chemistry the cast have. They need to kill some of the other shows not this one. I am in love with Elementary as well. Two and a Half has lost something and I am so sick of Glee. It’s not the same.

I didn’t even HEAR about this show until recently. They NEED to keep this on! Sophisticated dramas like Scandal and Person of Interest reflect the finest of American television and we should be proud to release programs like this! Please keep this show! Tell me what I can do to help!
Scandal should not be canceled. I am a cable TV addict and I only watch TNT, USA, TBS, etc. Really do not like network TY, however all that changed when I watched my first episode of Scandal back in Season 1. I am addicted Scandal and have encourged several of my friends and co-workers to watch it. They have used netflix to catch up on it. If ABC cancels Scandal then it is back to cable for me on Thursday’s.

I am so impressed with Kerry Washington. She truly carries the show in a poised and brilliant way. She is highly intelligent and it comes through in her role. I love Scandal, its cast and writing. I hope that it stay on the air for a very long time.
It would be a horrible loss should the network decide to cancel this series. The drama is awesome and is unlike any other show on TV. There are medical shows, lawyer shows and reality shows; but this show combines drama, law and “fixer” roles in one show. Please do not cancel it!!!!!
