The band is sticking together. Deadline reports Nickelodeon has renewed their freshman series School of Rock for a second season.

The first season just premiered last month.

Based on the 2003 film starring Jack Black, School of Rock stars Tony Cavalero as Dewey Finn, a failing musician who helps a group of prep school students win a battle of the bands contest. The series also stars Breanna Yde, Ricardo Hurtado, Jade Pettyjohn, Lance Lim, and Aidan Miner.

Season two has been ordered for 13 episodes.
