Based on the slasher movies, this TV series wasn’t exactly a “killer” in the ratings but it did well enough for MTV to renew Scream for a second season. Will the ratings rise or fall this time around? Cancelled or renewed for season three? Stay tuned.
Season two of the Scream TV show picks up with Emma Duval (Willa Fitzgerald) returning to Lakewood. She’s spent several months at a retreat and hopes to put the horrific events of last season behind her. Good luck with that. The rest of the cast includes Amadeus Serafini, Bex Taylor-Klaus, Carlson Young, Conner Weil, John Karna, Kiana Lede, Santiago Segura, Sean Grandillo, Tom Maden, and Mike Vaughn (voice only).

I don’t watch very many shows, but Scream is definitely one of the shows I can’t miss. The first and the 4th movies were great, and this show is just as good, I hope season 3 happens!
Exactly how I feel! I only have two shows and scream is one of them.
I am 30 years old and I absolutely love this series I am vested in the characters and there’s nothing else on tv like it. I was a huge fan of the movie franchise, but I truly enjoy this series the plot, the twists, the suspense and I can hardly wait for the next weeks episode. Please renew for a 3rd season.

I’ve been so unbelievably psyched about this series and I think it has been a blast in both season 1 and 2. I definitely hold my hands up and vote for there to be a season 3 made because it cannot just end on season 2!

Why wouldn’t this show be renewed for another season? The ratings went down because everyone I’ve talked to waits for it to fully release on Netflix. It deserves at least two more seasons, the characters still growing miraculously. It feels like the half way point. Don’t cancel. It could be argued as the best show MTV has ever released.

Definitely want a season 3 I love this show so much and Audry by far is my favorite actress of all time I love everything about this show which is funny because I’m terrified of the old Scream movies lol..
I want it to be renewed but i doubt they will just because its not like they can somehow create a scenario where there is another slasher with the same group of kids. Maybe there will be a new group of kids kind of like AHS or something idk but ya i love horror tv shows
