BEVERLY HILLS, CA – July 26, 2019 – Hallmark Drama, Crown Media Family Networks’ third linear network, will debut two new, original movies in 2020 as part of its strategy of adding original content to the schedule. Slated to debut in 2020, the sequel to the original movie “JL Family Ranch” and the latest installment of fan-favorite movie franchise “Signed, Sealed, Delivered” will mark the latest offerings of Hallmark Drama’s growing slate of proprietary original content and serve as the first original movie premieres developed for the burgeoning network. The announcement was made today as part of Crown Media Family Networks’ bi-annual Television Critics Summer Press Tour.
Starring Jon Voight, Teri Polo, James Caan, Bo Derek, Dylan Walsh, Trevor Donovan Judson Mills, Abby Brammell, and Skyler Shaye the story of “JL Family Ranch,” follows the trials and tribulations of a veteran rancher and former sheriff as he fights the federal bureaucracy to keep his family ranch when a grudge-seeking enemy attempts to throw land ownership into question with false documents.
From acclaimed executive producer Martha Williamson, “Signed, Sealed, Delivered” has been one of Hallmark Movies & Mysteries’ most beloved franchises. The comedic drama follows the lives of postal workers – known as the POstables – who transform themselves into an untraditional team of detectives to track down intended recipients of undeliverable mail. Their missions take them out of the office into an unpredictable world where redirected letters and packages can save lives, solve crimes, reunite old loves and change futures by arriving late but somehow on time. Having first premiered on the network in 2014, the franchise stars Eric Mabius, Kristin Booth, Crystal Lowe, and Geoff Gustafson, who are all reprising their roles.”
What do you think? Are you a fan of the Signed, Sealed, Delivered franchise? Will you watch the new movie?
love it I would watch every week. Go back to tv series please please. This series is the best that Hallmark has ever created. Great writing and superior acting directing
Absolutely love it! Got Halmark movie channel just for it!!!
I really hate that the Signed series will only be on a channel that I have to pay more to see. I am on Social Security and already pay a lot to have Hallmark channel. Very disappointing.
SSD, such a funky series. Grew to love it; the guest stars always brought a smile; the music alone for Higher Ground makes it a treasure; the use of clothing to advance the story and the shoes, oh yes, Kristin Booth’s shoes…. If I need a smile, I can always pull out a SSD episode or movie to lift the spirits. It can be counted on like a good friend.
I am not paying for another Hallmark channel. I like this franchise and will miss it because of never-ending greed
Yes I am a big fan of the show and I will watch all future shows
We don’t really watch any channel but Hallmark and we are also subscribers to Hallmark now. Since 1979 have collected ornaments and was a charter member of collectors club. My family will most definitely watch this show! Very excited to see it.
I watch the 2 Hallmark channels that do require a subscription almost exclusively. I have loved all of the Signed Sealed Delivered movies and short run TV series and I am looking forward to any future installments. I especially like all of the movies that lean more toward mysteries and adventure and less in the romance vein. I am not at all opposed to romance but, with what seems to be very little variation, the romance story lines all follow the same formula. I know it must be difficult to tell a complete story in the short time span of… Read more »

Yes, I just love this show. It is what I call ” A Feel Good Show “. So tired of all the crab that is shaping our children these days. Thank you for remembering what matters in life.
I loved the Postables from the very first episode and have watched every movie but unfortunately Hallmark has royally screwed the Postable fans by debuting these 2 new movies on Hallmark Drama which alot of us can’t get through our cable providers. Shame on you Hallmark for putting yourselves first before your fans!
