Mission aborted. History has cancelled its Six TV show after two seasons. The cancellation news comes six episodes into the Navy SEAL series’ 10-episode second season. While there will be no third season, the last four episode of season should play out as scheduled.
A History military combat drama, Six stars Barry Sloane, Kyle Schmid, Juan Pablo Raba, Edwin Hodge, Brianne Davis, Jessica Garza, Nadine Velasquez, Jaylen Moore, Joshua Gage, Olivia Munn, Eric Ladin, Katherine Evans, and Rus Blackwell. The series centers on the modern American warriors of Navy SEAL Team Six. In season two, Joe ‘Bear’ Graves (Sloane) leads the team to join forces with CIA officer Gina Cline (Munn).

According to a Deadline report, the cancellation decision was made now, because cast options are set to expire.

My husband and I love this show. Our crazy schedules do not allow us to watch it live. We just watched the last two episodes of season 2 Sunday night. We told my sister about it and she binge watched seasons 1 and is now up to date with season 2. She also did not watch it live. Really disappointed! Maybe Netflix or Hulu etc.. will pick it up.
This was an amazing show! So upset they aren’t going to finalize all of the unanswered questions!

How can History just cancel it and leave all its fans on a cliffhanger after Lena was killed? Seriously, if you want to have a loyal following of fans, don’t just leave us hanging like this History! Nasry is still out there, Bear has to deal with Lena’s death, there’s so much meat left in this series!!

You need to renew this show! My husband leaves for work early so he doesn’t stay up late enough for us to watch live, we watch the next day when he comes home from work. We love this show!
I really liked the show. I was unaware of season 1 until season 2 had started but caught season 2 in the middle because I did not realize it was a series by History channel. I kept missing it because I never remembered the channel and was looking on others that normally produce series of that type.

I love this show why would the history channel cancel season 3, I had my DVR set everytime this show aired. An even re watched season 1 an 2. Total let down to the seal team 6 TV show fan. Show a ******* disappointment. This was the only TV show out now that relates to being in combat on any channel. Not happy with the history channel cancelation!
I can not believe that SIX was canceled! My daughter and I love this show! Most people like myself DVR their favorite shows because they’re unable to watch them live, especially during the summer months!

I’m disappointed they cancelled the show. I thought it hit allot of emotional points our warriors face in there lives while staying on a fairly realistic course. I was really enjoying the storyline and it sucks to end on bears message to his murdered wife. At least rips murderer was eliminated. It was a good show, semper Fi
Why cancel?! Many of us DVR shows versus watch live as they air & this was a fav! It was very obviously not Va Bch or anywhere near the real seal team 6 but still a worthy watch nonetheless. Everyone here commenting looked up when it would air next. As others have commented, I stumbled on this show because it wasn’t advertised well.
I too stumbled on it just flipping through channels they were rescuing RIP I quickly found the series on an app and binge watched both seasons in a week!
Should have been renewed! Far better than “the network” stuff! Love Six!
