What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the FOX television network, the Star TV show’s cast includes Queen Latifah, Brandy Norwood, Jude Demorest, Ryan Destiny, Brittany O’Grady, Amiyah Scott, Quincy Brown, Miss Lawrence, Luke James, Lance Gross, Luke James, Matthew Noszka, and William Levy. The series, set in Atlanta, follows the story of three talented young female singers and their rise to fame. The third season picks up three months after the conclusion of season two as Star (Demorest) returns home and the fates of Alex (Destiny) and Simone (O’Grady) are revealed.
Season Three Ratings
The third season of Star on FOX averaged a 1.06 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 3.54 million viewers. Compared to season two, that’s down by 19% in the demo and down by 14% in viewership. Find out how Star stacks up against the other FOX TV shows.
On May 10, 2019, Star was cancelled. There won’t be a fourth season but a TV movie will wrap up the series. Stay tuned for further updates.

Wow! There’s nothing on tv now, and they cancelled Star, that’s why I don’t watch tv as it is as soon as you like something they take it off the tv, Hope someone else picks it up.

I really enjoyed STAR show. When I recorded it, I couldn’t wait to see it & when da girls sang I’d watch twice. I was really hoping it would come back & disappointed when it didn’t. Plz reconsider, they need to make a comeback. Rs

My wife and I watch star the show on a daily every week and it’s just because it’s open to the black lifestyle of a black family as growing up in the ghetto lifestyle I just related to it I come from that type of get honest and that type of drama. I’m sad that they cancelled the show.
They should have not left us hanging like that then tell us there is no 4th season, that is really sucky production.

What???? No….Omgsh! Are you serious. I am beyond flabbergasted about just now finding out that “STAR” HAS BEEN CANCELED Like I’m so disappointed! For the fact I been waiting for a new episode, season, or something after the last episode that aired. Like how could Fox just leave us hanging and just end it. Like that last episode wasn’t intense with leaving us with intense curiosity of what’s about to go down next. And now y’all just ending it! Ugh. Lol like that’s some real scandalous asz sh*t #Fox y’all really disappointed me with this one.
