Street Outlaws New Orleans
Series Premieres Monday, February 22 at 9PM ET/PTStreet racing is exploding across the country and taking new form, with racers organizing exhilarating, underground street racing leagues and establishing teams to represent their respective cities. One of those fledgling teams is now featured in the new Discovery Channel series: STREET OUTLAWS: NEW ORLEANS. The new series, which premieres Monday, February 22 at 9pm ET/PT on Discovery, follows a motley crew of street racers in The Big Easy as they band together to prove they are the nation’s fastest. Featured on Discovery’s Motor Mondays, the original STREET OUTLAWS is Monday night’s #1 cable series for men (M25-54, M18-49, M18-34; excl. sports). Last season was the series’ most-watched (P2+) and highest-rated ever, and now they’re taking on New Orleans.
Kye Kelley is no stranger to the street racing circuit, having dominated the winner-take-all “Cash Days” – seen on last season’s STREET OUTLAWS – against 32 of the nation’s most elite racers, including Oklahoma City’s fastest. With his winning ’92 Camaro “The Shocker,” Kelley heads back to the Bayou to defend his title and build a crew of the fastest racers in the Southeast. However, now with a target on his back, Kelley must quickly adjust to life at the top.
In addition to keeping his crown, Kelley wants to put The Big Easy on the map for street racing. Rallying a team of New Orleans racers will prove to be a challenge with high stakes, bigger battles, more smack talk and faster cars than this city’s ever seen.
STREET OUTLAWS: NEW ORLEANS is produced for Discovery Channel by Pilgrim Studios; Craig Piligian and Sam Korkis are executive producers. For Discovery, Craig Coffman is executive producer, Todd Lefkowitz is coordinating producer, and Robin Humbert is associate producer.

How do you like the sound of the Street Outlaws: New Orleans TV show? Are you a fan of the original Street Outlaws series? Do you plan to check out the new series? Tell us.
The street outlaws new Orleans was no comparison to the 405. I won’t be wasting my time watching that crap.
Well my son and I gave the new show a try. We both were not impressed. Kelly just don’t seem to have that TV personality like Big Chief. Kelly’s a grate driver don’t get me wrong and heck of a race car when it stays together. I hope the Discovery Channel keeps the original show. It would be nice if they can work things out for everyone who supports both shows success. Rock on OKC and all of the 405 gang…
Completely ruined my every Monday tradition with my family and friends. Take something that’s getting more audience every episode (405 crew) and switch it to this NO garbage. I hope this is just a temporary experiment or a fill in cuz changing something that’s working let alone awesome is plain stupid. Kye’s a hell of a good racer but Want my favorite show back.
Really disappointed! Sorry Discovery Channel you got it wrong. Watched 10 minutes of S.O.N.O and couldn’t wait to change the channel. Please bring back the original Street Outlaws from the 405. Judging by the comments I’m not the only one.Waiting for season7!
Just watched street outlaws new Orleans to see what going on. My opinion is that the new Orleans show is no where near as good as the 405.I mean like night and day.
Want the original series back
WOW – what happened to the 405 – it’ll never be the same – miss OKC – will tune in when the 405 returns
The new series first show stunk. Could not watch for more than 35 minutes before changing the channel. What was Discovery Channel thinking?? I will be canceling the show on my dvr so I don’t waste recording space. I won’t be missing any hockey this year!! The old show was great, What a huge disappointment.
Really didn’t like the new series. It seems like everyone was reading from a script and trying to copy the 405 team. I prefer the original series.
I’m not a Kye Kelleys fan. I understand that he may have beat the OKC guys for number one. But Chief, Farmtruck, Azn, Big Daddy and the rest of the guys. Made the show…..I really hope they bring them back into the show. They had alot of followers that loved them.
Just watched first fifteen mins on New Orleans and hate the loud mouths. Go back to the 405
Bunch of thugs wanting to talk trash instead of racing .
Nobody wants to see kye Kelly and the New Orleans loud mouths. The original 405 is the show. This sucks
I love the 405 guys and I am really not interested in watching the new Orleans crew. They are too loud and disrespectful. Please don’t forget the crew that made street racing more popular than ever.
Great show!!! I would like to see you skip all over the country and still use the 405 guys as part of the show.
What a disappointment I love the 405 and the whole crew, they proved over and over that they are number 1 as a team beat every team they raced against. New Orleans is not even close to top 5 teams there awful. Was hoping to see Daddy Dave in the vet this season and chieif get his number 1 spot back and beat Kye. So sad to see you went with just 1 guy im thinking the show will be boring for sure. Was hoping chieif would come to New Hampshire for a race day
I agree with Dave. Bring back Chief and the guys from the 405.
