TLC’S NEW SERIES “SWEET 15: QUINCEAÑERA” CELEBRATES BIG, BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL CULTURE
The party starts Tuesday, September 27th at 9/8c
[Los Angeles, CA] – There are parties, and then there are Quinceañeras! TLC’s new series SWEET 15: QUINCEAÑERA celebrates the traditional rite of passage in a Latina’s life passed on from generation to generation, and a day of pride for the entire family. Turning 15 is a once in a lifetime event that commemorates the day a young girl enters into womanhood.
Cousins Alexis and Jarling are Miami’s premiere Quinceañera party experts and dress shop owners who do it all. Along with Alexis’ wife Daniela, they work with their clients to create an unforgettable event. While longstanding cultural traditions like finding the perfect dress and the father daughter dance still remain prevalent, new American traditions are becoming a staple, including over-the-top photo shoots, numerous mid-party outfit changes, and music videos that rival those of the biggest teen pop sensations.
From a bikini photo shoot with an alligator and a “Diamonds Are Forever” theme, to outrageous and professionally choreographed music videos that include exotic cars and costume changes, and even a photo shoot in Paris with the Eiffel Tower, no request is too big or out of the question. In addition to the glamour and opulence of the main event, and at the heart of it all, is a family who has been in the Quinceañera business for over 45 years.
SWEET 15: QUINCEAÑERA is produced by High Noon Entertainment for TLC.

The show was spectacular in every way possible. It was a teenage version of “Say yes to the dress” with all the elements of high and low running emotions, to the heart felt touching moments. Plus it gave a wonderful vision of what every girl hopes for as they enter womanhood. Also it’s lovely to see some Latin culture being displayed since it’s the same thing as a Sweet 16. This show needs to be on the air!!! I’m on satisfied fan!!!
I loved this show i hope it comes back

Hi, the date in the video says november. I think that’s an old video. Thanks!
My understanding is they were going to launch the series on 11/3/15 but they delayed it until this fall.
