TV show description:
An undercover military drama from creators Dean Georgaris, Daniel Cohn, and Jeremy Miller, The Brave TV show features Defense Intelligence and Special Ops units teaming up to save innocent lives around the world. The series centers on Captain Adam Dalton (Mike Vogel), who leads a daring Special Ops squad of well-trained undercover specialists.
Dalton’s team consists of Sgt Jasmine ‘Jaz’ Khan (Natacha Karam), a superior sniper; CPO Ezekiel “Preach” Carter (Demetrius Grosse); combat medic Sgt Joseph “McG” McGuire (Noah Mills); and intelligence officer Agent Amir Al-Raisani (Hadi Tabbal).
Back in their Washington D.C. headquarters, D.I.A. Deputy Director Patricia Campbell (Anne Heche) oversees support and analysis for Dalton and company. Campbell’s unit of analysts includes Cultural Specialist Noah Morgenthau (Tate Ellington) and Mission Coordinator Hannah Archer (Sofia Pernas). Together, this trio provides the world’s most advanced surveillance technology.
Whether in D.C. or on the ground, the members of this resilient, elite team — both in D.C. and across the world — share an unparalleled commitment to liberty. While they usually face seemingly insurmountable odds, they are dedicated to completing their missions successfully, regardless of the dangers and challenges thrown at them.

This is a TV show, albeit not a very good one; it’s not a documentary. They get to take some license with facts. Sure there are no females in any *US* spec-ops, but don’t tell that to the Israelis. So if an actress can pull off the role I’m good with that. That shouldn’t be a problem. This isn’t real life; this is entertainment. Ok, not so much, for me. Thats why its called a show. Not everything has to be factual its just has to be entertaining. I understand your a vet or in the military so is my husband yet we don’t discriminate over the fact that they chose to use a female director and jazz kicks ass. I love that the team is willing to die for each other because thats what we stand for as a team. Sadly, this is a bad show. Some of the worst writing I’ve seen in a while. There’s some potential, but it’s wasted by the writers. The pacing is ridiculous. There’s too much stupid TV pausing for dramatic effect. The team’s movements are ponderous, thanks to cliche writing. But the weakest link, and it’s a big one, is Anne Heche. She is horrible in this. She has no idea how she’s supposed to act, so her characterization is all over the place, and over-acted. Everyone else is pretty good. Give them better writing and a better director. I think they should get their uniforms correct. If a military show cannot even get the correct uniforms on their actors, then they do not deserve to be watched as nothing can be accurate. Captains do not wear NCO stripes on their trousers.
My husband and I really enjoy the show! I hope it is renewed for another season!
Why do you have to be so literal? I wouldn’t know NCO stripes from what generals wear. That doesn’t stop me from enjoying the story lines. The plots are good and the action is entertaining for me. I like this show a lot!

Keep this show.. Strong acting.. Can feel the emotions of what they are going through… When watching it I don’t want it to end …

There are no women in special forces. Fascinating they add a Muslim to the mix. How politically correct. This show will not last, thank goodness.

WHY SHOULDN’T WOMEN BE IN SPECIAL OPS? THEY ARE IN EVERY OTHER OPERATION. SOMETIMES A WOMAN CAN CALM THE NERVES OF THOSE AROUND THEM THEREFORE EVERYONE WILL PERFORM BETTER

The Brave should definitely be renewed. The actors are wonderful and Anne Heche was a great surprise. It is one of our favorite shows. Would be very sad if it’s canceled.
