It looks like the Parkers are sticking around. The Detour TV show has been renewed for a third season on TBS. Jason Jones, Natalie Zea, Ashley Gerasimovich, Liam Carroll, and Daniella Pineda star. The season two two-part finale airs on TBS, tonight at 10:00pm and 10:30pm ET/PT.
In the second season of The Detour, guest stars included executive producer Samantha Bee who co-created the TBS sitcom with Jones, as well as James Cromwell, John Oliver, Laura Benanti, Jeffrey Vincent Parise, and Max Casella.
Although The Detour season three renewal is not yet posted to the TBS press site, Deadline, however, has confirmed the news. Here’s more from that report:
“I hear from so many people who love The Detour, even my hardcore comedy friends,” said Thom Hinkle, senior vice president of original programming for TBS. “Season Two has been so smart, hilarious and wrong. And from the early nuggets I’ve gotten from Jason and Sam, Season Three is going to be even more effed up.”

Great comedy!!!
My favorite show since the first years of Modern family. Just way edgier, funnier, and I never thought this possible but Jared and Delilah are the best child actors ever in comedy. EVER
Very pleased.Natalie Zea is phenomenal.
This is my kind of comedy so let’s all kept the ratings rising this season!!!
I love this show. Can’t wait to see the next season.
I love the madness. Huge fan!
Please bring this show back ASAP. THE wait is killing me!
