Based on the Justin Cronin book trilogy, The Passage stars Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Saniyya Sidney, Vincent Piazza, Brianne Howey, Caroline Chikezie, Jamie McShane, Emmanuelle Chriqui, McKinley Belcher III, and Henry Ian Cusick. The story centers on Project NOAH, where scientists are working on a virus that may either cure humanity of all disease or, wipe it out entirely. When Federal Agent Brad Wolgast (Gosselaar) is assigned to bring in Amy Bellafonte (Sidney) as a new test subject, he develops fatherly feelings for the child. Meanwhile, the new race of creatures locked up in Project NOAH is testing out their powers and working toward an escape.
The first season of The Passage on FOX averaged a 0.92 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 3.73 million viewers. Compared to the other FOX TV shows of the 2018-19 season, The Passage has been a middle-of-the-road performer in the ratings.

I like the Show Passage. It kept you on your seat wondering what was going to happen. I think Fox made a mistake by canceling the show. I get tired of all the reality shows . I like something scary. It seems the good shows get cancelled a lot.
fox needs to straighten up, everyone i know , loves it! Why ?, I think people only want transgender and etc…, sex , like that crap, wonderful scary show, great actors.

The passage is cancelled? i guess since there wasnt enough sex, scandals, blondes, and boobs being shown…either that or ppl couldnt STAND to see a brown skinned girl in a LEADING ROLE….its a well known fact that t.v. shows WON’T /DONT ALLOW THAT TOO OFTEN….oh well i hate to see u go i havent had a show that made me want to watch every episode since The Walking Dead….(thats a whole other story)…PLEASE PLEEEASSE PLEEEEAAAAASE SOMEONE(NETWORK) PICK THIS SHOW UP AND START WHERE IT ENDED!!!!!!
Really enjoyed the passage, sorry to see it go. Hopefully Netflix or some one else can pick it back up. I was curious to see where it was all going!
I can’t believe The Passage is being cancelled. It was one of FOX’ best shows, that & The Resident, Masterchef, & Hells Kitchen. Yet, they continue to bring back garbage like EVERY SHOW included in”Animation Dombination”. There’s is no wonder America’s moral society has turned into GARBAGE also.
I can’t believe that another great show has been cancelled! This is why I am watching less and less shows from ABC, NBC, FOX… No wonder Netflix has the following that it has. They at least give a show a chance to find it’s footing. What a shame!
I’m so tired of reality and the mating shows that they continue to air but they cancel a very good show! I thought the story line was solid and the actors were top notch…something I actually looked forward to watching! I hope Netflix picks it up…
Yeah I agree with you. I thought the Actors were really good. I enjoyed the tense scary scene’s. I looked forward to watching the show every week. I hate watching these reality shows and men chasing after a girl and after it ends they usually don’t even end up getting married. Tired of the Bachelor. I want shows with out that crap.
Season 1 of The Passage was excellent. I am very disappointed that there are no plans for a Season 2…
