What do you think? Is The Son TV series ending at the right time? If it were up to you, would AMC have cancelled or renewed The Son for a third season?
Ok, let me begin by saying that Covid-19 has changed the viewing audience, in other words, increased it immensely. I happen to be part of that new audience and the show The Son was an absolute hit in my home. I understand ratings and how they relate to a tv series but I suggest you look at this show again. The ratings were taken when the tv audience had a lot of choices on what to view and do not apply to the present time. You could take this storyline and spin it a million different directions and it would… Read more »
Their Definitely needs to be a Season 3!!! I agree with one of the comments we finally get a great series and it gets canceled!
My husband and I love the show! Bring it back!
Loved this show. I know we can’t have Pierce Bosnian again but we’d love a spin-off.
Great story!
We need a season 3 of The Son!! Don’t just leave us with all our unanswered questions!! Not Happy
I am not a happy camper…every time I find a good show and really get into it and love it it is gone! This was a great show and hope I can find it some place to rewatch season 1 and 2. I can only say I wish this show had NOT been cancelled.
More more more of the Son!! Please what a great show!!
Pretty pissed, great tv show
Me and my grandson, just found this show last week, we watch all 20 shows, and wanted more, he hardly ever watches TV but this caught his attention and he loved it… We want more.
The Son ending at Season 2 left way too many questions unanswered. Hoping they renew this great show and make a Season 3
Why do the cancel these good series, it’s so annoying
Every time there’s a good show they cancel it
Please make a season 3 this movie is to good to make a ending like this. A movie this good needs to make another season and more if need be.
I just binged this show, and wow, what a great show! Great writing, great acting, great story, great characters – my favorite being Toshaway. The character of Toshaway and his relationship with Eli really captured my attention making me want more – wishing the whole show was just about them, instead of snippets. I sure wish they would have kept it going. I thought the ending was better than it could have been had they not got a heads up that it was the last season, at least they gave us some closure. Guess I’ll read the book to see… Read more »
The ending wasn’t good. Need to add season to address what happened to some of the main characters….
Definitely a equality show it could have had a better ending. instead it left everyone hanging. Where is the loyalty and responsibility to the captive audience of such great shows. You owe your loyal viewers a finale with no loose strings. Saddens me that AMC is so casual about leaving its viewers without a quality endings. I remember Hell on Wheels was also cut off at its prime.
