The CW is starting over on Monday nights. They’ve cancelled both Star-Crossed and The Tomorrow People after one season apiece.
On The Tomorrow People, a teenager (Robbie Amell) discovers that he has paranormal abilities. He also learns that others like him have gone into hiding because they’re being hunted by a paramilitary group of scientists known as Ultra. The rest of the cast includes Luke Mitchell, Peyton List, Aaron Yoo, Mark Pellegrino, and Madeleine Mantock.
The drama debuted back in October and aired on Wednesday nights, paired with the network’s popular Arrow series. It performed well in the beginning but the ratings fell over the course of the season, dropping as low as a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.24 million viewers.
The series moved to Monday nights and lost even more viewers. In last April, The Tomorrow People hit a series low, drawing just 760,000 viewers.
The season (now series) finale, which aired this week, left plenty of story opportunities for a second season but it won’t be happening.

hi, well I have to say , I love the show , I really think you guys should have continued on to season 2 and not left the ending to john getting his powers back. I am really upset about it I really got into this show and request to continue to make more. so if your reading this guys (the producers) we of many think you should get it together and start up again. I really hope yall do the 2nd season, it will make a young man really happy and eager to hear from yall with good news.

Yes, please bring back the show , or at least put it on netflix . I love this show and I watch it over in over their has to be more . I don’t understand why wouldn’t you bring it back . The story line is great the actors are damn good and overall the show is amazing please bring it back , or if anything like I just said bring season 2 to Netflix.

Hey! Don’t forget The Carrie Diaries. I would love to see all three of them return on Netflix for a 2015-2016 season or by next year.
The Tommorrow People has a great plot and believe me I LOVE this show and it sucks they left us hanging. That’s one of the worst things you can do to someone. BUT, in the TV business it’s not about how deep the love is, it’s about how wide unfortunately. The best move they could make was to cancel the show.
