Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan isn’t going away anytime soon. Deadline reports Amazon has renewed the TV show for a third season.

Inspired by the fictional Tom Clancy character, this political action thriller follows Jack Ryan (John Krasinski), a former US Marine know working as a fledgling CIA analyst, whose analysis leads him to a terrorist plotting an attack on US soil.

During this year’s winter TCA press conference, Prime Video boss Jennifer Salke said she “saw no reason not to do” another season of Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan.

Amazon has not yet announced a premiere date for season two, but the newest installment will see Ryan confront “the forces in power in a dangerous, declining democratic regime in South America.”
