While a kick-off date has not yet been announced, the season two premiere episode will screen at New York Comic Con. Producers Dos Santos and Montgomery, story editor Tim Hedrick, and stars Bex Taylor-Klaus and Jeremy Shada will appear. The debut date may well be announced at the event.
EW says:
The trailer, below, picks up not long after the first season’s finale, which saw Voltron not only forcibly separated, but also scattered across the galaxy. But fans won’t have to fret for too long, because as the video eventually reveals, Voltron will form once again. But that doesn’t mean our heroes are out of the woods just yet. The trailer also features, Shiro (ominously) requesting that Keith take over as leader of Voltron, before later walking into some kind of white light, as Keith calls out to him.
