Is The Goodwin Games already in trouble? TVLine reports that FOX has cut the mid-season comedy’s episode order from 13 episodes down to seven.
A network insider says that the order reduction was done because FOX doesn’t have enough space on the schedule and this isn’t a reflection of FOX’s faith in the show. Really?
If they still have such faith in Goodwin Games, why would they cut it after ordering additional episodes of ratings disappointments like Ben and Kate and The Mindy Project?
The move makes even less sense when you consider that Goodwin Games comes from How I Met Your Mother executive producers Carter Bays, Craig Thomas and Chris Harris and stars known actors like Becki Newton, Scott Foley and T.J. Miller.
What do you think? Is this move an indication that FOX thinks Goodwin Games is a bomb or is it really a case of having too many shows?

Why does Fox even air anything? They scrape out their line-up every chance they get.
Consider what Fox did to Firefly, and then you’ll realize nothing has to make senses: it’s simply Fox.
fox has always been the network that makes the least sense, but of course nbc is always close behind though.
