A CBS reality TV series competition, The Amazing Race is hosted by Phil Keoghan. This season once again features 11 pairs of contestants racing around the world in pursuit of a million-dollar prize. From the starting line in New York City’s Washington Square Park they’ll set out for Iceland, to traverse a canyon above the Geitargljufur River. In all, the racers will visit 10 countries and 21 cities across 29,000 miles, in their quest to cross the finish line..

Racing this time out are: NBA All-Stars Cedric Ceballos and Shawn Marion; Big Brother season 19 couple Cody Nickson and Jessica Graf; musicians Trevor Wadleigh and Chris Marchant; IndyCar drivers Alexander Rossi and Conor Daly; competitive eaters Joey Chestnut and Tim Janus; professional skiers and X Game champs Kristi Leskinen and Jen Hudak; Goat Yoga Instructors April Gould and Sarah Williams; nationally ranked debaters Henry Zhang and Evan Lynyak; Ring Girls and Instagram models Dessie Mitcheson and Kayla Fitzgerald; lifeguards Lucas Bocanegra and Brittany Austin; and twin brothers and firefighters Eric Guiffreda and Daniel Guiffreda. Learn more about the contestants, here.
