Despite a valiant effort, The Brave TV show has been cancelled by NBC. In this instance, the 13-episode first season wasn’t a sign of certain cancellation, as a shorter season aways the plan for this series. In November, after some early gains in the Nielsens, the Peacock Network was even touting the show’s ratings, but they later dropped off and weren’t strong enough to score a season two renewal.
An NBC military drama, The Brave stars Anne Heche, Mike Vogel, Natacha Karam, Demetrius Grosse, Noah Mills, Hadi Tabbal, Tate Ellington, and Sofia Pernas. The series centers on Captain Adam Dalton (Vogel) who leads his Special Ops squad on dangerous field missions across the globe. Back in their Washington D.C. headquarters, D.I.A. Deputy Director Patricia Campbell (Heche) oversees the unit which provides support and analysis for Dalton and company.

The Brave cancellation has been confirmed by Deadline, which notes three military dramas premiered on broadcast networks, this year. Although both The Brave and Valor (The CW) were cancelled, SEAL Team was renewed for a second season on CBSCBS.

It had good writers and story lines I agree with one comment NBC renewed some shows that have past there time in history.
I can only hope that NBC rethinks this show and brings it back or possible another network will pick up the series and writers.
Cancelled? Going away just when the audience was getting to know the characters. Stupid, just stupid. I live in Albuquerque and it was neat to watch the show every week and see the area on the “small” screen every Monday night. What a shame!!!!! The rest of the country would see what New Mexico has to offer. Just stupid.
I loved the Brave. I’m really sorry to see it cancelled. I thought that it was better than Seal Team

I really enjoyed this show. Very exciting and the cast was excellent. Great story lines every week. I was very much looking forward to the next season and I am very disappointed to hear it has been cancelled. Please reconsider & bring it back.
I was hoping for more, I really liked the show and the cast. Good story lines, impossible situations, loved how everyone worked together for the greater good and just started to dig into actors histories. I want more, very disappointed.

Very upset that they are canceling The Brave!!! It’s ratings were better than other shows they renewed… what’s the deal??? Bring it back PLEASE!!!
Very disappointed it was cancelled. Loved the writing and story lines. Fantastic cast!!! I’ll make sure to support the actors in their future projects.
This is horrible!! I’m so sad. I miss the characters already. I swear these people that decide this stuff don’t know what entertainment is.

Dumb move …it was a pretty good show and would have gotten better if given a chance. And what new shows you have as possible replacements? Nothing good for sure…the shows keep getting worse and worse. Our old tv just died and now we will get a new one that has streaming of shows and now I’ll subscribe to better shows on such places as Hulu, Netflix, etc. The few shows that have been decent to watch on reg tv programming are down to maybe 1 or 2 I still watch..gave up on rest that were left I watched and… Read more »

I loved this show and I am 75. The characters were far better than the other shows of this type. Anne Heche is great too.
