Is Brooklyn Nine-Nine headed for a renewal? Deadline reports TBS has bought the syndication rights to the FOX comedy.
Currently in its fourth season, the police comedy stars Andy Samberg, Andre Braugher, Terry Crews, Melissa Fumero, Joe Lo Truglio, Stephanie Beatriz, Chelsea Peretti, Dirk Blocker, and Joel McKinnon Miller.
Part of the syndication deal with TBS includes the rights to the show’s first five seasons, so it’s a good bet that FOX will renew the NBCUniversal-produced series for another season. So far, season four of Brooklyn Nine-Nine has pulled in low-but-consistent ratings, earning an average of 1.04 in the 18-49 demo and 2.363 million viewers in the live-plus-same day ratings.
Episodes of Brooklyn Nine-Nine will begin airing in syndication on TBS next year.
What do you think? Are you a fan of Brooklyn Nine-Nine? Do you want a fifth season?
