How do Chicago’s finest hold up during the sixth season of the Chicago PD TV show on NBC? As we all know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like Chicago PD is cancelled or renewed for season seven. Unfortunately, most of us do not live in Nielsen households. Because many viewers feel frustrated that their viewing habits and opinions aren’t considered, we’d like to offer you the chance to rate all of the Chicago PD season six for us here. **Status update, below.
An NBC police procedural, Chicago PD stars Jason Beghe, Jon Seda, Jesse Lee Soffer, Patrick John Flueger, Marina Squerciati, LaRoyce Hawkins, and Amy Morton. The Dick Wolf drama centers on the men and women of the Chicago Police Department’s District 21, who pursue the perpetrators of major street crimes in the “Windy City.” Detective Sgt. Hank Voight (Beghe) is at the heart of the war on crime in Chicago and will do anything to bring criminals to justice. This series crosses over with the other shows in the franchise, Chicago Fire and Chicago Med.

I really enjoy the show. I would like to see Atwater get some better story lines. He’s the only African American on the show. They need to show hime with family, reputable girlfriend, not “someone from the hood”. He can be a great role model for kids so he needs a good partner. I also think losing Al was a mistake. The show isn’t the same without him. He was an integral part of the story. He and Voight had chemistry, years “on the job”. But I still watch it. I love the other characters as well!
CPD is as real as it gets. Great actors and actresses
There needs to be more seasons. Please keep us entertained.
I love CHICAGO PD! AWESOME SHOW. NBC NEEDS TO KEEP IT ALWAYS. ITS 1000 TIMES BETTER THAN ANY HALF A$$ REALITY SHOW OUT THERE OR EVEN SOME OF THE RIDICULOUS NEW COMEDY SHOWS.

We totally stopped watching Chicago PD this season. We have watched every season, every episode up to this season. There is something missing and we just have lost interest. Taking Al off was a a mistake.
We have continued watching Chicago Med and Fire. They’re great shows.

really need to bring Al back !! Not as interesting anymore. Al, Hank and Trudi make the show so much more interesting and worth watching. Really tired of Upton, Rusak and Halstead………….
excellent show – great characters – always evolving
I think not having Lindsay on the show has been a huge miss! She played her part flawlessly!! Obviously, I have no idea how she is in “real life”, but she certainly appeared to have sincere relationships with each actor. The people on this show do such a phenomenal job that anytime you lose one and try to replace him/her it is difficult and takes time for all to adjust. We in Australia just love all of the Chicago shows but our favourite is PD. The new series starts here Oct 8 and we can’t wait for it to start. We love the action, the characters and those great police cars we don’t have here in OZ. Dick Wolf, keep up this great series.
Do NOT like the new female brought in to replace Lindsay. Unless she is replaced by someone else who is more believable in the role, will not continue to watch.
