TV show description:
This science fiction drama takes place in the near-future, on an Earth where citizens are under military occupation by an organization known as the Colony Transitional Authority. It’s part of a large invading force of extraterrestrial origin. The unseen aliens are referred to as the Hosts and the Raps (a reference to the fierce raptor birds).
Major cities in this world are in ruin and are now surrounded by incredibly thick walls that are hundreds of feet high. Before the occupation, former US Army Ranger and FBI Special Agent Will Bowman (Josh Holloway) and his wife Katie (Sarah Wayne Callies) lived in Los Angeles with their sons Bram (Alex Neustaedter) and Charlie, and young daughter Gracie (Isabella Crovetti-Cramp).
During the invasion, the family was separated from Charlie. When the series opens in L.A., a year later, Will and Katie are fighting to find him. Having gone undercover, Will is eventually captured and identified. Los Angeles Governor Snyder (Peter Jacobson), an elite proxy with the occupational government, offers Will a chance to get his son back — if he and his family will collaborate with the occupational government.
Snyder won’t take “no” for an answer so Will and Katie find themselves faced with the toughest decision of their lives.

Will must make a sacrifice to protect his family. Katie races to save the refugees outside Seattle’s walls. Snyder struggles to control a Colony amidst the chaos of war. Bram and Gracie make a big decision.

This is the second time I’ve watched this I’m hoping for one more season as I don’t think they should leave us hanging like that! Awesome show please end it properly!!!!!

Renew it for Season 4 to put a nice end to the series. It was good acting and great plot but season 3 was a bit all over the place, and the ending was very suspenseful. So it needs at least 6 or 8 shows to end the series and tell the whole story.
It would be awesome if Netflix or Starz trick up on Season 4,

So sad. Just finished season three and found out there is no season four. This was a very interesting show with good actors. Very disappointed.
Hello from Athens Greece . Watching Colony with all my family and not having the continue (season 4) is making us the question why to pay for Netflix and other platforms and why loosing our time in tv series if we are not respected as viewers .The point is not fi its a good show or not , or even better from others , but because they providing to us incomplete services … They are going to loose many viewers -so customers- with that kind of policies .
Sad, as others have said a truly great TV show. Very sorry to see it go. It seems the good shows get cancelled and the mind numbing dull shows get renewed
Why does it not matter to TV networks what we like to watch any more? Colony was one of the most interesting and captivating TV series in a long time. My whole family is very disappointed about it being canceled. No reason to keep my USA channel subscription now since Colony was the only show on it I loved.
It’s official, there will be no season 4 on any stream. According to Business Times the cast has moved on as well.

One of the best tv series ever made and was very sad to find out that season 4 was canceled after finishing season 3 and googling season 4. Didn’t know about this tv series until recently on Netflix. Please please!! Make a season 4! It’s so dam good!
