CBS didn’t find ratings success with Hostages. Will NBC fare any better with Crisis? Will it be cancelled after one season? We shall see.
An action/thriller series, Crisis finds out what might happen if the children of powerful people from Washington, DC were to be taken prisoner. The cast includes Dermot Mulroney, Rachael Taylor, Lance Gross, James Lafferty, Max Martini, Michael Beach, Stevie Lynn Jones, Halston Sage, Max Schneider, Joshua Erenberg, and Gillian Anderson.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available — usually the next day, around 11:30am EST/8:30am PST. Refresh to see the latest.
5/9 update: Crisis has been cancelled by NBC after one season.
Final season averages: 1.0 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 3.98 million total viewers.
Note: If you’re not seeing the updated chart, please try reloading the page. You can also see them here.
Note: These are the Live + Same Day Ratings which include “live” viewing plus delayed DVR viewing, up until 3am local time that same night. Ratings marked with an “*” are the fast affiliate ratings and will be updated with the Live+SD numbers when they are made available. Typically, networks get paid for C+3 ratings which includes DVR viewing within three days of the original airing when commercials are watched. Those numbers are rarely released to the press.
What do you think? Do you like the Crisis TV series? Would you like to see it cancelled or renewed for second season?
I love the show. I’m sad they canceled it!
What an Awesome show!! Please one more season nbc!!
I’m still in shock that they cancelled it! Which universe is NBC on? This is one fantastic show that finally shows to the world America’s got real talents! Not the crap like Hells Kitchen type of junk
during my free time as I am scheming on taking down the names in the blacklist, I get more insight from my ex-partner in crime…Francis Gibson….**** you NBC!!!!!!
This was an excellent show. Sadly, show like “Honey Boo Boo” are still on and an excellent show like this bites the dust.
VERY DISCONCERTING…This is why the Networks are losing viewers…
It was a great show – very creative storyline. Guess that’s why it got canceled. Would have loved to see how it would have played out. This is exactly why everyone watches cable shows and not the big 3 networks.
I, as would thers, would absolutely love for crisis to be renewed for a second season. Where it left off, is leaving the viewers with unanswered questions. Please, I ask you to at least consider renewing the series.
Man crisis is a dope show I don’t even follow shows like this but from the first episode I was hooked bring on season 2 NBC!!
How can you cancel a show that didn’t really finish. What’s with the computer at the end???
I totally agree!!!! it is my favorite next to pretty little liars it is amazing!
nbc are ********. crisis wasn’t bad, if they didn’t put money to advertising the show won’t catch up. who’s like watching nbc anyway? the ratings wasn’t bad, and the show good better to the end. I hope nbc will got bankrupt soon.
PLEASE RENEW. If you aren’t going to renew then at LEAST finish it at least make one more episode to explain the last of it please it broke my heart I need to know it will destroy me just advertise it more and more people will watch it.
