The peacock network has found ratings success with the dark Grimm series on Friday nights. Is there room for another spooky thriller or will Dracula be cancelled quickly like so many other series? Stay tuned!
NBC’s Dracula is a retelling of the classic Bram Stoker story. In London, Dracula (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) is posing as an American entrepreneur while he seeks revenge on those who cursed him. He doesn’t count on falling in love with a woman (Jessica De Gouw) who looks just like his deceased wife. Others in the cast include Thomas Kretschmann, Oliver Jackson-Cohen, Victoria Smurfit, Katie McGrath, and Nonso Anozie.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available — usually the next day, around 11:30am EST/8:30am PST. Refresh to see the latest.
5/10 update: NBC has cancelled Dracula after one season and 10 episodes.
Final season averages: 1.1 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 3.25 million total viewers.

Note: These are the Live + Same Day Ratings which include “live” viewing plus delayed DVR viewing, up until 3am local time that same night. Ratings marked with an “*” are the fast affiliate ratings and will be updated with the Live+SD numbers when they are made available. Typically, networks get paid for C+3 ratings which includes DVR viewing within three days of the original airing when commercials are watched. Those numbers are rarely released to the press.
What do you think? Do you like the Dracula TV series? Would you like to see it cancelled or renewed for second season?
PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL DRACULA GIVE IT ANOTHER SHOT
This is my favorite show to watch online now. Please don’t cancel! It has an amazing cast —the cinematography is so rich —and I love the way the period is represented. It’s sensual, exciting and unpredictable. Best of all– the storyline is intricate and has an intellectual nature to it that so many of the other series shows lack. LOVE the Geomagnetic theme- especially the goal of putting big oil out of biz!!
Dracula is one the few shows I watch on NBC.. I couldn’t help but notice that there were very few promos for this show. So one would have to be impressed by just how many viewers there are. Please keep this interesting and entertaining show on the air for a second season or more.
Don’t cancel, great show! Look forward to it every week!
Please don’t cancel Dracula. Great show! My husband and I love it.
I love way this show has been going. There are still so many things to explore Van Helsing’s cooperation now with Harker and possibly the Order. What will happen with Lucy, as well as Alexander’s and Mina’s relationship. There are 3 components for a great action/drama Please for the love of whatever deity or deities you believe in do NOT cancel this show. Give it a better time slot, and allow it to grow and flourish. I can guarantee it would do better(than it did the first season, as ratings go) given these circumstances.
Do not cancel!
DON’T CANCEL IT.
PLEASE DON’T CANCEL DRACULA! I absolutely love Jonathan Rhys Meyers, and I have enjoyed this series. With every episode I became more hooked,
I absolutely love this show, and have watched it from the beginning. Great writing, great costumes and sets. I look forward to it every week. Just wish it was on a little earlier, even if that meant moving it to another day. Please give it a chance and bring it back for another season!

I have posted before. I love, love, love Dracula! Please do not cancel!
I love this show, its characters, and especially J. Rhys Meyers. This is a terrific love story, an interesting version of a thrilling classic horror, and its wonderful to watch on a Friday night.
Please DO NOT cancel this show!
Dracula is one of the best written shows I’ve ever watched on TV. The story from beginning to end is just really solid. The acting, the set design, costumes, everything is so well done. And the season finale and the episodes building up to it were phenomenal. Let’s pray for a second season so we can find out what happens after the catastrophic events in the finale.
Please bring Dracula back for season two. Love it !!!!!
