The future of Flip or Flop doesn’t look great. According to TV Guide, season seven of the HGTV series will be shorter than usual.
For some time now, rumors have circulated that the home renovation show is cancelled because hosts Tarek and Christina El Moussa have announced the separation of their marriage. However, the couple said earlier they are still committed to the series.
Now, it’s been reported that season seven will only contain five episodes and there will be no season eight. HGTV told In Touch magazine that there is no new information regarding the status of Flip or Flop:
Flip or Flop still is in active production on Season 7 of the series. No additional new info to share beyond that statement.”
Recently, the network ordered five spin-offs of the popular series. The first, Flip or Flop Vegas, just premiered on April 6th.

HGTV will never be the same, the spin-offs are no comparison to them. Love It or List It is my 2nd favorite. I love Hilary and David!aUTzt
