The game is over. Deadline reports NBC has cancelled their new drama Game of Silence during its first season.
The series revolves around five childhood friends who have kept a dark secret for 25 years. The cast includes David Lyons, Michael Raymond-James, Larenz Tate, Bre Blair, Claire van der Boom, Deidrie Henry, Conor O’Farrell, and Demetrius Grosse.
Only six episodes into its run, Game of Silence has received steady-but-low ratings, earning an average of .81 in the 18-49 demo and 3.898 million viewers.
NBC has also cancelled the freshman medical drama Heartbeat and the Eva Longoria comedy Telenovela.

NBC big mistake! Why cancel game of silence and renew shades of blue , superstore, little big shots, charmichael show? You just lost another viewer. Good job NBC
Very disappointed that it’s canceled
This was one of the best shows. Why is a show that is thoughtful and has some real insight into current and realistic issues never given a chance to find an audience. My husband, son and I really loved this show and look forward to viewing it. This show and American Crime end up cancelled, but another stupid reality show will end up in it’s place
I think it’s a great show me and my family enjoyed it and sucks if the canceled it already just as it was starting to get good don’t cancel give it a chance
I am so disappointed that Game of Silence has been cancelled. Great acting, interesting topic.. NBC does it again. Every time I get into a series they cancel it. maybe the persons doing it should be cancelled. This is/was a great series. Very entertaining.

why cancel a good show, I hope your not replacing it with another reality show. I don’t know who makes these decisions but you made a bad choice cancelling this one. Please bring this show back.

It is a great show.bi so tired of good shows being cancelled. Make sense just want to watch net flip. Game of silence was good. Revolution was good and it was cancelled with a stupid ending.
