As expected, there won’t be a second season for Gang Related. FOX has cancelled the summer cop drama after one season of 13 episodes.
On Gang Related, a police detective (Ramon Rodriguez) is torn between his allegiance to his job and co-workers and the gang and crime family that raised him. The cast also includes Terry O’Quinn, RZA, Jay Hernandez, Sung Kang, Inbar Lavi, Cliff Curtis, and Shantel VanSanten.

The series debuted at the end of May to a 0.9 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 2.94 million viewers.
That was a poor showing right out of the gate and the ratings got even worse as the weeks progressed.
It ended up being one of FOX’s worst-performing summer series. Despite having a small but loyal audience, it was expected that the network would cancel the show.
The final episode, which aired August 14th, left plenty of things unresolved.

We are from Highland ca, n My family n I we’re very disappointed to hear that gang-related was cancelled.. every week we look forward for a new episode to see what happened we were addicted to it to the show.. there are other shows on Fox that sucks u guys still have it running.. bring back gang-related plz!!!!
Gang Related is a good show! Why cancel it? I enjoyed watching it and was looking forward to watching the next season. Too many unresolved scenes. Bring it back on another channel. Fox sucks for cancelling.

I just got to looking online seeing why season two had not yet started and find it was cancelled… I think it is a load of crap about ratings it was one of the only new shows we opted to keep watching and we record all first few episodes of new shows… It left you wanting more after every episode… Please someone bring this back!!!
