What cans fans expect from the Good Trouble holiday special? Co-creator Joanna Johnson just teased new details for the upcoming TV show special, TVLine reports.
A spin-off of The Fosters, Good Trouble centers on Callie (Maia Mitchell) and Mariana (Cierra Ramirez), from the original series, as the sisters decide to spread their wings and establish themselves as young adults in Los Angeles. The cast also includes Tommy Martinez, Sherry Cola, Zuri Adele, and Roger Bart.
In the interview, Johnson revealed the Good Trouble Christmas special will feature a Fosters reunion, including returning cast members Teri Polo, Sherri Saum, David Lambert, Hayden Byerly, and Noah Centineo.
The two-hour special is slated to debut on Freeform this holiday season.

Look who’s coming to town. It’s not Santa, but our beloved Adams Foster family will be bringing plenty of cheer. Tune in to see who’s been naughty or nice and for all the drama and hijinks of a Foster family/Coterie holiday mashup!”

I just can’t get into Good Trouble at all. I loved The Fosters so much and wish we’d have be given a season six too. The ending to me was so rushed and too many guest characters were brought in. All we wanted was the family. Glad to hear they’re returning for this special. Maybe the ratings for Good Trouble will go up. They’re awful atm… Considering the Fosters was the highest rated show on Freeform at the time they’ve lost so many of their original audience. This special can only help GT.
I loved The Fosters and I’m obsessed with Good Trouble! Hoping for more seasons to come 🙂 I enjoy both storylines and I don’t want it to end!

I MISS THE FOSTERS SHOW, BUT JUST LIKE THE FOSTERS, I AM A BIG FAN OF GOOD TROUBLE. AND I WILL BE WATCH THE HOLIDAY SPECIAL WITH ALL OF THE FAMILY MEMBERS.

Yes definitly I loved the fosters for the family love that it brought to tv even though I am straight and married .I am not a fan of good trouble but will definitly watch the Christmas epesode for that cozy familyfun feel.
