Hallmark Channel is ready to take viewers back to the fictional and magical town of Middleton. The cable channel has announced that season seven of the Good Witch TV series will debut on Sunday, May 16th. Unlike past seasons, a Good Witch movie wasn’t released in the fall.
Good Witch stars Catherine Bell, James Denton, Sarah Power, Catherine Disher, Kylee Evans, Katherine Barrell, Marc Bendavid, and Scott Cavalheiro. Set in the town of Middleton, the show follows Cassandra “Cassie” Nightingale (Bell). She’s the owner of a shop called Bell, Book & Candle and is now married to Dr. Sam Radford (Denton). Like her daughter Grace, Cassie has the gift of enchanted insight and magical intuition.
In season seven, the velvet pouches of soil discovered by Cassie (Bell), Abigail (Power) and Joy (Barrell) mark the start of a new Merriwick mystery for the cousins to unravel. It leads them to reflect on their pasts and how learning from certain life events have impacted who they are now.

Catherine Bell and James Denton Return to Star in Network’s Historically Highly Rated Scripted Primetime Series
STUDIO CITY, CA – February 11, 2021 – “Good Witch” returns for more magical adventures in the bucolic burb of Middleton when season seven premieres Sunday, May 16 (9:00 p.m. ET/PT), on Hallmark Channel. Based on the “The Good Witch” movie franchise that is the most successful in the network’s history, the series stars Catherine Bell (“Army Wives,” “JAG”) and James Denton (“Desperate Housewives,” “Devious Maids”). Since the first movie 12 years ago, Cassie Nightingale has become a character that Hallmark Channel viewers have fallen in love with and look forward to welcoming into their homes. Sarah Power (“Killjoys”), Catherine Disher (“Abby Hatcher”), Kylee Evans (“The Strain”), Katherine Barrell (“Wynona Earp”), Marc Bendavid (“Murdoch Mysteries”) and Scott Cavalheiro (“Carter”) also star.

The Good Witch is my all-time favorite show. I want to live in Middleton and have friendships with all of the characters in the show. Cassie is an accurate depiction of a woman who is truly beautiful both inside and out. Her magical intuition is something I believe many women, and some men, have but aren’t in touch with. Cassie gives us courage to be ourselves.
Where is season 6
I absolutely love watching the Good Witch. I have watched every episode including the movies. Can’t wait for the next season to start. Curious about if they will at some point replace Grace. Not sure how I feel about Carrie’s new cousin. It took me a minute to get used to Abigail. All in all I am excited.
I love all the Good Witch movies and series. Looking forward to Season 7 and many more. There are so many plot twists and characters present and past to explore.
Love the Good Witch series – may have to catch as a rerun since we don’t always have coverage in rural Oklahoma

I’ve been in LOVE with good witch for ever.Please, Please keep them going! Alfred Hitchcock made a movie with Jimmy Stewart and Kim Novak (the whitch) called the Bell Book and candle. It was great. I’d love to know how they tie in together.
I’m a late comer to the Good Witch series, a welcome discovery during the Pandemic. Love the show, watched all 5 season’s on Netflix and have watched all the movies, seasons 1- 6 reruns on the Hallmark channel. Great cast of actors and writing. I’m looking forward season 7.
We love the show! Miss the kids, though. I get inspired by the recipes and crafts. Cassie and the cast are our healthy go to for entertainment.
You could have Good Witch on everyday. I enjoy the show and cast so much. Just wish it wasn’t so long between seasons. So glad to have the show back. Thank You.
We will definitely be watching the newest episodes of this delightful show. The only disappointment is that Bailee Madison isn’t listed as Grace.

Yes. I’ll be watching season seven. I have all the season’s 1 to 6 on CD, so I will watch them prior to season 7 just to review the stories.
