Graves Cancelled by EPIX; No Third Season
Although EPIX has not issues a press release, Deadline has confirmed the Graves cancellation.
What do you think? Have you watched the first two seasons of the Graves TV series on EPIX? If it was your call, would EPIX cancel or renew Graves for a third season? Sound off, in the comments.
GREAT SHOW WITH OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCES FROM NICK NOLTE
Great, funny show that should have at least a season 3! Prudes can watch reruns of Mr. Rogers.
graves shouldn’t be renewed, it shouldn’t have been cancelled in the first place. Excellent cast and story lines, with support from former Washington Congressmen and Representatives is hilariously funny and politically correct at times. As Pres. Graves would say, “git your head out of your ___” and a few other choise words. RENEW RENEW RENEW etc.
No one has to watch. I liked it.
Graves should be renewed– this satire is so much like current politics, but it makes you both laugh and think
GREAT show!! Don’t understand why the network would cancel it, Ratings weren’t bad and it was a sow that was different and engaging. Talented acting and writing, Great production. Direction on point. Don’t get it. Time to boycott EPIX shows!
LOVED THIS SHOW!! SO SAD ITS OVER.. Don’t understand why Great shows get cancelled, while Bad shows just waste time slots.
Damn shame good show
Just searched to see when Season 3 is airing…Cancelled? One of my favorites! What a Shame!
Wow, just watched seasons one and two. Had no idea this show existed until 2 weeks ago. A show that really gets you thinking about yourself and the world. The actors and the way they portrayed their characters is something you rarely see anymore. The writing and story lines, EXCELLENT! Why does crap play and a show like graves gets cancelled. Shame on EPIX for not giving the show a chance. Whoever is in charge for promoting their shows should take a few classes. The show failed because no one had ever heard of it. I hope another network picks… Read more »
I found it after the first season and I enjoyed the show! Looks like the shows I like get canceled!!!
Excellent series with excellent acting, writing and plot development … hmmm, too complex for the lowest common denominator viewer? Give me a break — who in the hell decides not to renew such an excellent, intelligent show with a primo cast?
This is a great show. Engaging characters, great cast, well written, and most of all funny. Bad decision by EPIX, I hope someone picks it up.
This show is terrific. It needs to be continued – if not with EPIX, I hope it’s picked up by someone else. This is the most refreshing comedy show lately. Keep it going into another season, PLEASE!!!
I really liked the show. It (unrealistically) shows a former Republican President who was hardline conservative, possibly going a bit senile, having a change of heart 30 years later and getting very liberal. I hope they can at least put on a 2 hour episode to conclude on a happier note like they did with Farscape on SyFy Channel.
Love, love, love Nolte, Ward and the rest of the ensemble in this hilarious show (that seems to, in its own twisted way, tie a lot of plot developments to current happenings). I don’t watch a lot of half-hour shows & I’m really going to miss this one. It was a nice relief from our crazy (political & otherwise) reality right now. Please bring it back!
