Bobby Cannavale is headed to Amazon. Deadline reports the Vinyl star has joined the streaming service’s upcoming TV show Homecoming.

Based on the hit podcast, the drama “centers on Heidi (Julia Roberts), a caseworker at a secret government facility, and a soldier (Stephan James) eager to rejoin civilian life.” Podcast creators  Eli Horowitz and Micah Bloomberg are writing the project, with Mr. Robot creator Sam Esmail set to direct.

On Homecoming , Cannavale will be playing “Colin Belfast, the ambitious off-site supervisor of the Homecoming Initiative.” Prime Video hasn’t announced a premiere date for Homecoming yet, but the streaming service has already ordered two seasons.
