Nickelodeon isn’t sticking with I Am Frankie. Recently, the stars of the TV show confirmed it’s been cancelled after two seasons.
The sitcom centers on Frankie Gaines (Alex Hook). While she appears to be an ordinary teenager, Frankie is actually a sophisticated computer, equipped with internet access and huge stores of memory. The cast also includes Nicole Alyse Nelson, Amina Alzouma, Uriel Baldesco, Kristi Beckett, Kyson Facer, Sophia Forest, Mohana Krishnan, Tommi Rose, Carson Rowland, and Zachary S. Williams.
On Instagram, stars Alex Hook and Nicole Alyse Nelson confirmed I Am Frankie will not return for a third season on Nickelodeon. The series’ second season averaged a .17 rating in the 18-49 demo and 787,000 viewers.

I’m very upset it had to end I just finished watching it now me and my little sisters are upset. I mean I did watch this other show they made called WITS Academy and was a great show and they cancelled it to so now I’m just sad because like everything is being canceled. I know I am late to this but in my opinion I really think that there should be a season 3 of “I a Frankie” because it is a really good show that teenagers can enjoy when they are bored. I watched I am Frankie with my great niece. We loved it and I’m very saddened that it was cancelled. There aren’t very many shows that can hold the attention of both a pre-teen and an adult but I am Frankie did. I was actually “into it” with her. Please bring a season 3 to at least end it properly.

This show really resonated with me, transcended normal programming to bring a fresh crop of tv. It’s obvious Nickelodeon canceled it – they invest in low-brow humor and dead franchises.
Even though it has been about three years since the show has been cancelled. I really enjoyed watching it again recently and once again fell Inlove with the characters and story. I really wish that there was a season three fallowing why/who/ or what Simone’s new mission and creator/boss wanted her to do. Also to see what would happen with Andrew, Cole, and Frankie. Same here! Tbh, they left Season 2 on a Cliffhanger. Eliza went home as Frankie, but the real Frankie never went home. So what was supposed to happen with Eliza and the Frankie situation? Same with Andrew and Dr. Peters. Frankie was supposed to get kidnapped, but Andrew and Dr. Peters got kidnapped instead. That’s Literally the LAST episode I remember seeing. They should have at least continued it after that to somewhat somehow finish the story before deciding to cancel it. Apparently I didn’t realize that there were continued episodes after Eliza. But nonetheless, you still can’t end on a cliffhanger and not continue the show. I managed to catch up on the Eliza episodes and the last episode of Season 2 which still ended on a cliffhanger. I know I’m pretty late on commenting but honestly I am Frankie was the best tv show I watched and it had a lot of potential to expand and become something better. Honestly I am Frankie was my life. I’m sad to see it go
