Tisha Campbell is coming to FOX. Deadline reports the My Wife and Kids star will recur on Last Man Standing.
Currently in its seventh season, the comedy series stars Tim Allen as Mike Baxter, a sporting goods store marketing director who lives with his wife and three daughters. The FOX show also stars Nancy Travis, Amanda Fuller, Molly McCook, Christoph Sanders, Jordan Masterson, and Hector Elizondo.
On Last Man Standing, Campbell has been cast as Carol Larabee, the wife of Chuck Larabee (Jonathan Adams). The role was previously played by Erika Alexander.
What do you think? Do you watch Last Man Standing? Are you enjoying the new season on FOX?
Really glad to see LMS is back, great show!!
Tisha Campbell should fit right in, good
actress and funny!
I personally, not loving the new “blonde” daughter!
My husband and I love the show. It is hard to get over the Eve and Mandy character change but we are adjusting somewhat. Both of those girls were so very funny. They played off each other just like sisters.
I love that it is back! Great show! Love the new characters too!
Love the show!
I love Last Man Standing. Tim Allen does a great job mixing comedy with some touching topics…most recently about hiring veterana.
I am glad Last Man Standing came to Fox!! It took a few weeks to get use to the new cast members. However, they are working out nicely…..I hope the show will be renewed for another season!!!
Have enjoyed show from the very beginning, Was so glad it came back. But the part of
Mindy needs help. Why the blond hair? Sorry the original star was unable to return !
I agree, they should bring back the original, Mandy. I miss the interactions of, Mike, Eve, and Mandy. It’s the same as trying to rewrite the show, Rosanne. Things are not the same. The same with, Last Man Standing.
Wish they would bring back original Mandy – sorry but still love the show
I agree, the new Mandy just don’t play the part right
Great show. Love it
I NEVER miss the show. I just love it. I look forward to watching it every week. Thanks for bringing it back.
We watch the show weekly and enjoy it. The recent replacements are not to our liking but we are learning to live with the new replacements.
While I love the show and won’t miss watching on Friday, the writing needs punching up a bit and Molly McCool is playing Mandy too sophisticated The writers could help there. Just saying. The wife coming back is a good idea.
I liked Erika Alexander very much as Carol, but I like Tisha Campbell too. Hopefully she does a good job.
They could have cast an actress that “matched” features of the original wife. Tisha is NOT a great replacement. Great comedian, however, she – as cast – is making a negative social-political statement.
This is undoubtedly the best comedy on TV. The characters are excellent, but I do miss Molly Ephraim. Can’t wait for more.
