What’s This TV Show About?
An ION comedy-drama based on the G.B Joyce novel, The Code, Private Eyes stars Jason Priestly, Cindy Sampson, Ennis Esmer, Barry Flatman, Jordyn Negri, and Clé Bennett. Bree Williamson, Mark Ghanimé, and Samantha Wan recur in the second season. The series centers on former professional hockey player Matt Shade (Priestly), who first teams up with formidable P.I. Angie Everett (Sampson), to solve the mystery of why a top hockey prospect dropped on the ice. Although they’re both fierce competitors who have different outlooks on life, Angie and Matt soon find that together, they form an unbeatable partnership.
As of November 24, 2024, Private Eyes has not been cancelled or renewed for a third season on ION but it has been renewed in Canada. Stay tuned for further updates.

As with the first season of Private Eyes on ION, American viewers tune into the sophomore installment, knowing it has already been renewed for a third season on Global Television, in Canada. Please bring back Private Eyes. That’a one show we loved watching, besides Rookie Blues. We loved watching the re-runs. Please bring it back to ION TV.
Bring private eyes back to ION I love that show
Love this show. Miss it and will be very sad should it be dropped permanently. I even set my alarm for 11 p.m. so I could keep watching it (crazy time to begin a series). I’m hoping it will resume soon. I love this and NCIS LA.
Please air Private Eyes on ION again. I was so disappointed Tuesday night when I intended to watch the reruns and they weren’t on and even more disappointed when I looked through an entire week’s schedule on ION and couldn’t find them! I really, really like the show!!! Please bring it back!!!!

Very much want Private Eyes to return to Ion Television. It is a fun show- quirky characters, clever story lines, warm family relationships and romance!

It is one of our favorite series. Love all the characters and the family story line along with the investigations, and a little romance, make it enjoyable for the entire family. Please, Please renew
Private Eyes is my absolute most favorite television show right now. ION, if you read this, I beg you to PLEASE air season 3!! The show is a wonderful mix of humor, interesting stories (with fun plot twists), and an delightful array of characters. The casting is excellent!! It’s refreshing to see a detective show that isn’t dark and dreary, and that doesn’t feel the need to shock audiences with extreme violence or graphic gore to get the story across. On a scale of one to ten, with ten being the best – this show goes to ELEVEN!!!
I wouldn’t like it. The show is light hearted with no cuss6or sex and I appreciate that. I love this show and would be disappointed if it is cancelled.
