What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the CBS television network, Salvation stars Santiago Cabrera, Jennifer Finnigan, Charlie Rowe, Jacqueline Byers, Rachel Drance, Shazi Raja, and Ian Anthony Dale. This suspense thriller follows MIT graduate student Liam Cole (Rowe) and tech genius Darius Tanz (Cabrera). Because they don’t want to cause public panic, the two present Pentagon Press Secretary, Grace Barrows (Finnigan), with evidence that in six months, a huge asteroid will crash into the Earth. Meanwhile, Deputy Secretary of Defense Harris Edwards (Dale) is running the D.O.D.’s top-secret operation to deflect the asteroid. At the same time, Darius is working with Jillian (Byers), a rookie science fiction writer, on a different approach to save humanity.

Salvation premiered with low ratings and they’ve gotten even worse. Unless CBS has made enough deals to cover a good amount of the costs for this series, I would be shocked if this series came back for a second season.Subscribe for free updates on any cancellation and renewal news.

Excuse me. You show a viewing audience of 18-49? I am 61 years old watching Salvation this awesome show. Since when do those of us over 49 not count!!!

CBS, Please do not cancel Salvation.
Since the end of Person of Interest and Under the Dome, to me this has been the best offering of CBS this year. And with Star Trek going streaming over, I would suggest that if you cannot justify broadcast, consider the same route. This series will grow legs, if you have the orbs for it. Kill Survivor and Big Brother, show something with intelligence again.
I hope it gets renewed, I love this show!! Please bring it back for another season!!!
Please don’t cancel this show, it is the best!! I am personally sick to death of ALL the so-called reality shows!!!! And the inane comedy shows are just as bad!! Put this on Sunday with NCIS Los Angeles and you’ll have a winning night!!!

Renew it, it’s just now getting it’s foundation laid in the story line. This show deserves a second season. I hope it does not end up like Fire-fly. It ended way too soon and should have had a second season. Salvation has something for every one.
I love the show and the dotes have been so well cast. I will be praying it will come back for Season 2. So much that is not fit for viewing seems to get renewed.

The program salvation was absolutely wonderful acting and great series it would be a crime not to have a second season
Don’t cancel Salvation. My college daughter comes home after class to watch this show with me. We both love and look forward to Salvation every week. There is no talking allowed while we are watching. Please DON’T cancel it!!
Please don’t cancel this show, I only just found it and I’ve found it really entertaining. It’s so good, even better than the 100 and other dystopia dramas
